Academic Flexibility: I was able to easily plan my class schedule around work and other activities, as well as to my own personal likings. There are a wide range of evening classes for people who work in the mornings, and a wide range of morning classes to those who have commitments in the evenings. I was easily able to transfer my high school credits and AP scores as well. In transferring over to the Main Campus every single credit I took was transferred with no issues.

Online Courses: I have taken two online classes at the Ohio State University Newark and in each one they have provided me with great learning opportunities and I have been able to take part in great class discussion as well as get peer feedback on my own submissions and work. The workloads are fair considering the amount of credit hours each class is worth, and the courses were always easy to follow and instructions were always clear. The registration process was the same as registering for any other class at the university, which made the process a lot easier and user friendly.

Career Services: The Ohio State University Newark campus does not allow students to fulfill as many majors here as the main campus does, but all credits that students take at the branch campus automatically transfers to the main campus where many degrees and majors can be pursued. The Ohio State University has many job opportunities and many alumni network systems. Allowing its students to take advantage of there career opportunities and job prospects is another reason this University is worth attending.

Overall Experience: The professors at this University are dedicated to giving each individual student a great education. They provide each student with equal learning opportunities and are always available to help. They create a friendly learning environment and engage students and group conversations over the material rather than just lecturing every class. The class sizes are small enough that each student is given the attention they need and are easily able to ask questions if they do not understand the material. The quality of courses are also great. The courses allow students to learn beyond the book, they are able to apply the material they learn to real world situations as it helps prepare them for their futures and careers.

Overall Experience: The career prospects from this school can be found if students put in the effort to contact their professors or alumni. Opportunities will not be handed to students, but in this way it allows students to take responsibility for their futures. There are always internships and jobs available around campus and it is easy to apply. There are job and career fairs that take place on campus as well that gives students opportunities to take part in steps that will advance their careers in the their futures.

Academic Experience: Pursuing a major of public health is difficult, but worth it. There are many rigorous science courses with labs, great amounts time out of class, and strenuous reports that must be completed in order to graduate with a Bachelor's in this major. I feel that the workload my major requires will prepare me for the real world, and the education I am receiving I will be able to easily apply in the future. This major will help me advance in my career and will allow me to take the next steps in becoming a successful adult in the world of medicine. This program allows me to take part in internships around the University and will give me many job opportunities in the future such as: jobs in the medical field, administrative jobs, state or federal environmentalists, public health professors, behavioral scientists/researchers and much more.

Overall Experience: The Ohio State University Newark is a great transition school from a high school to college university. In attending the Newark branch, I was given more access to relationships with professors because the class sizes were smaller. I was also able to utilize the tutoring centers that had more one-on-one learning opportunities. Overall this camps is unique in the fact that tuition is much more reasonably priced compared to the Ohio State University Main Campus, and the dedication that each professor puts into giving each individual student a great education is something that truly makes this campus great. If I had to choose my first year college experience all over again, there is no doubt I would choose this school and campus. Newark has helped me transition over to Main Campus smoothly and I feel more prepared going into my second year of college than I ever thought possible.

Academic Flexibility: The convenience is great for people who live in Newark, but people who commute can find it exhausting or agitating. This is our doing, so we can't complain too much, but it's the closest branch we have. Sometimes the classes can be a hassle to register. Since the campus is small, the classes can fill up really quick, which is a headache. Even with the parking, it can be agitating as well when its cold. Sometimes you might have to walk across campus if you cant find anything near your building. These are the small prices you pay for going to a smaller campus.

Overall Experience: I have had one issue with one professor using personal information against me, however I took it to the dean and it was settled. Other than that specific professor, I haven't had any issues since. I will say, if you feel bothered or targeted, speak up. I love that the class sizes have never been bigger than 30 people to a room. Each professor is different, so the class style varies.

Academic Experience: Personally, my workload and program will take a little longer than usual, however I feel the program is an easy clear path to my degree. I have not inspected any internships and job opportunities due to already working, but I'm sure they're there.

Overall Experience: OSU Newark is amazing. It's a small campus that's packed with possibilities and opportunities. There are over 30 different groups to join, study abroad, and endless events always happening! Also, since the campus is small, the class size is small as well, which is awesome. This allows you to learn your professors better and they learn you individually as well.

Overall Experience: Average professors, some stand out.

Academic Flexibility: I do like my schedule. I was able to work and balance classes. I did not think I would be able to do it but I did. Sometimes I worked in the morning or in the evening and still went to class and did all my work. Sometimes I was tired but not extremely tired.

Online Courses: I do not really enjoy online work. I rather be in a classroom. For the fact that I learn better that way and technology always messes up which makes me frustrated. But it was pretty easy to submit work and complete assignments.

Overall Experience: classes are small which make me feel comfortable to speak out and ask questions. Most professors are good teachers some are extremely boring. The work load isn't really hard, its just challenging which is good because it makes me not be so lazy and want to learn new things.

Academic Experience: I haven't really looked into any internships or jobs yet. I am a first year freshman in college and usually the first year of college is like high school. You do not fully get into your major until sophomore year. So i can't really say. What I can say is that Ohio state University Newark psychology program is good and psychology is one four year degree you can get at the newark campus.

Overall Experience: I like the fact that Ohio State University has a smaller reasonably priced campus. It is cheaper than Columbus State Community College. I like the fact that the campus is small and classes are small. I do not like the fact that it is Ohio State university and that it doesn't have a lot of dorms. I feel like its still high school and you cannot really get a good college experience.

Academic Flexibility: I have had difficulties scheduling classes because of the lack of classes available for first time students.

3 College Freshman

Overall Experience: Professors are really great. The classes offered however, are very little compared to the amount of classes and variety at OSU Columbus

2 College Freshman

Overall Experience: There is little to no help with internships and employers recruiting on campus. It's almost like they expect you to work on your own and hope for the best.

2 College Freshman

Academic Experience: Honestly, being a STEM major at OSU Newark is really difficult. They don't make enough classes available considering all of the STEM majors OSU Newark has.

3 College Freshman

Overall Experience: The school is small, but that's okay for students using it to transfer to OSU Columbus branch. It's been helpful for me to understand the college experience.

3 College Freshman

Academic Flexibility: I was okay with my schedule but others were not.

1 College Freshman

Online Courses: It is awful and I will never do it again.

1 College Freshman

Overall Experience: This is OSUN so its only for my first year.
