Most students on campus have a laptop, but for those that do not, there are many computer labs available in the religion, business, and technology departments and the library. The computer labs are hardly ever full, and the time you can spend on the computers is unlimited unless there is high demand. One will have troubles getting on a computer during finals week.
The computers in the labs are fast, and the Internet is always reliable. The Oakwood wireless network is mostly reliable except for the rare occasion when the network just randomly shuts off. The network can be reached any where on campus, which can provide the convenience of surfing the web while sitting on a park bench. The network does have a proxy that limits one from going to harmful or file-sharing sites. There is no real specialized tech support, but there are students that work in the labs that can usually help you when you encounter a problem.
