Dining on Campus – On campus for breakfast you can head to the cafeteria or to the student center! The student center offers a variety of breakfast burritos and biscuits along with a hash brown and drink. If you prefer to go to the cafeteria for breakfast you have a choice between eggs, hash browns, sausage, bacon, ham, biscuits and gravy, fruit, pancakes, toast and waffles. You have a choice between tea, coffee, juices and soda for drunks and they even have a cappuccino machine!
For Lunch the student center has a sandwich shop open, and also a place to get burgers and chicken with many choices for toppings served with a side of fries and a drink! The cafeteria has three four different stations set up with different types of ethnic meals every day, not to mention they have a great salad bar!
The student center is closed for dinner and on weekends but the cafeteria will be open and set up the same way as at lunch but of course with different meals.

The community is extremely supportive of the college students. They provide free meals and millions of dollars in scholarships to the students. The businesses provide internships. The community also attends sporting events, concerts, plays and other student events on campus. The community also sponsors the athletic teams and concert series with donations. The college is located near a German Prisoner of War Camp, a museum, Great Salt Plains Lake and Refuge, the Alabaster Caverns and the Little Sierra State Park.

There is always something to do in the community. It is a safe environment to learn.

Unfortunately one thing about this campus is that it is located in Oklahoma, the bipolar weather state. Typically the summers are hot and the winters are cold with snow. However the fall and spring are wonderful. You can wake up in the morning with a little bit of a chill and by the afternoon it has turned into a warm sunny day with a slight breeze. The storms can be a burden sometimes but they are more of a show to be seen. The crash of thunder and the flash of lightning in Oklahoma is like no other!
