All the General Education classes that I had were a blast and very engaging! They often have larger class sizes (no more than 30 students) compared to major classes, which help you get to know more people that way. I personally was a big fan of taking weekend classes for my physical education classes and loved them! I recommend them to all persons going to or planning on going to NOC!

Transferring Was EASY! Transferring from Miami-Dade College to Northern Oklahoma College was a bit stressful. I was worried about how I was going to enroll in classes and talk to an adviser without being present in Oklahoma. However, I was very fortunate that I was able to fly to Oklahoma for a weekend to enroll. I was so happy to know that all my worrying was for nothing. The NOC Staff was very helpful and I got my enrollment and my transferring stuff taken care of in one day. When choosing my classes, the adviser had my degree sheet at hand and help me pick my classes according to my work schedule and what was important to get done.

Overall Review – I love my school! I came from a large university where I was a number! Here at NOC, I feel like a student not a number. Teacher are so helpful! Students are nice! Administration has done a lot to help me get all my paperwork and financial stuff in order. The scholarship office told me about scholarships I didn't know where even available. I live off campus so I can't review that part of NOC. I highly recommend NOC to any undergrad or any one wanting an associates degree. I am a nursing student and I love it and fell very prepared for the real work force!
