Academic Experience: You know exactly what classes need to be taken and you're able to get into them right away. The curriculum helps teach you everything you need to know.

Overall Experience: It's affordable and close to home.It has a nice small town feeling, and the classes are small so you get more 1 on 1 time with the teacher. They help you with any questions you have and point you in the right direction.

Academic Experience: As for my personal program, it's very well organized and the workload is adequate compared to my High School life. The curriculum is all based of far leftist teachings so they do lack common sense in that area. Why in my Intro to Diversity class the teacher spared no time in asking the class, "How do you know you are a boy or girl." This question just shocked me, to think we would be so politically correct to neglect sound teachings of who we are is just disgusting to me. My teacher was trying to project Homosexuality as a good alternative lifestyle in comparison to Heterosexuality, the point he missed though was that the DNA of a person doses not change even when you have a transplant of someone Else's tissue on you. The Facilities and job opportunities are good.

Overall Experience: Northeast Wisconsin Technical college is a place that focuses on making your college affordable and ensures that you will have the expertise when you leave college to perform well in your desired workplace. I think I would go to this college again not only because it challenged me to know what I know, but also because it gave me a chance to share it with others who don't know Christ yet as their personal savior. The college dose have Inter Varsity in place so I joined and became a member right away and now I'm not alone praying for this college's revival.

Academic Flexibility: Depeding on the program they are flexable in classes or time frames. They do have credit limits on them granting you financial aid. I dont think this is fair. If you have to many credits through them they will not grant you it. I should not be punished to go back to school. My program is required full time and now am struggling to afford to go back.

Online Courses: Online classes are great for when it is an easier classes or not as hands on as others. Its nice because you can still work and take online classes at the same time. The only thing I don't care for on their online courses is the Discussion Boards.

Academic Experience: In the Dental Assistant program NWTC makes it an easy transition into the real world. They have to work in their clinic at school to get experience and so set you out with a clinic out site of NWTC to do an internship. This prepres us students to get a feel for if this is something that we like instead of taking all these classes and money then getting out in the real world and not liking the career you pick.

Overall Experience: NWTC is a great place to go to school. It has many different programs avalivalbe to students. I am going back to school and here they are welcoming to all ages and situations people are in. They have many resources for students to accomplish your goal.

Academic Flexibility: For the most time classes are offered at great times and even offer evening classes. The only issue I had in th past was enrolling in some program classes because of wait lists. Creating a schedule can be challenging but is achievable especially with the help of academic advisors.

Career Services: Career services offer help with preparing for a job an applying as well as providing professional clothes for free

Overall Experience: Most of my instructors are always very helpful and supporting when I have questions. Many have a great way of teaching and are usually well structured and organized. I really enjoy the usually smaller classes of 8-18 students. One of the best things is that often different learning styles are supported.

Overall Experience: Jobs are frequently posted and the school offers a great career service. Job postings include on campus and off campus jobs. A degree from this school is relatively high ranked for a tech college. The schools goal is to educate student to achieve a degree with a high quality. I would agree that the school is reaching that goal. I have hard from instructors that many companies seek out for employing NWTC students.

Academic Experience: The workload in my classes can be overwhelming but is manageable and teaches how plan multiple projects. Having graphic design as my major includes great facilities like multiple workstations all over the campus and a great printing lab where students can learn different print methods and finishing operations. I feel that the facilities and supplies and following modern standards and are up to date. The program requires an internship, but additional jobs and internships are frequently posted.

Overall Experience: Besides being affordable, NWTC offers great student involvement events including free lunch, concerts and activities. The instructors are very helpful and friendly.

Overall Experience: My first year of school I went to a uw school and hated it but once I came to nwtc I loved everything about it. The classes are smaller and most of the teachers are amazing. The campus also offers free tutoring and many other services to help make your college experience the best it can be. I would recommend any student to go here, they have a wide variety of programs and also a great transfer system if you just want tk get your generals done at an affordable price. This school is also great for returning adult students there is many of them so they won't find it difficult to relate to classmates.

Overall Experience: So far I have only taken online courses and have found them to be a bit difficult to keep up with. The school is nice and organized to a point. The school is close to where I live and is very affordable for a college education. It is a school that you are able to attend and work around your work/personal life. I don't know if I would choose this school again, but I can say I would not not choose this school.

Overall Experience: I really like attending NWTC because the classes are smaller than 4 year colleges. At NWTC, there are many opportunities for student involvement and they host career fairs as well to help students find jobs after graduation.

Overall Experience: I'm an adult returning to school and NWTC staff have been very helpful in getting me started. I'm in English Composition right now and even the students are all helpful and kind to each other, which at first I was nervous being the oldest one in the class, along with most of these students are as old as my son, early twenties. This school is closer to home with only a 45 minute drive and I get to take my classes in the evening. I have a full time job during the day and this school will allow me to start out slow and take a few classes at a time before I sign up in my course, which is Associated Nursing Degree. I love the fact that they work with returning adults well by working around our already busy lives, since we have to work many hours and try pay for school, so by taking one class at a time I can afford to go. Even though, this 2 year course will have to take me at least 4 to 5 years to complete, it will be worth it.

Overall Experience: NWTC is a great option to start your college career at. So glad I got accepted!

Tuition & Financial Aid: I think we have a pretty good tuition and financial aid process. It goes pretty fast for as many students as there are, especially when it comes to getting the financial aid that comes back to you.

Career Services: I haven't used this really, but I am only on my second semester of my program and I already have a job in my field thanks partly goes to the school for educating me properly!

5 College Senior

Academic Experience: They provide an excellent program for my major. It has many challenges and keeps you going and on your toes. You do some lab work, but the rest they get you out and do hands on.

5 College Senior

Academic Experience: The professors definitely know what they are doing and are so very helpful when you need it. The curriculum offers everything you need to know, classes fill up fast, but they offer more sessions once that happens, and it helps keep waitlists down. The workload is decent, it is not too heavy, which is nice especially if you are working. For many programs they have options to travel to different places to study, and they have a large variety of programs for being a tech college.

5 College Senior

Campus Resources: The NWTC campus resources are amazing. They provide a great library with many resources to choose from. They have a calendar of all the monthly activities they have going on. The commons/ cafeteria area is top notch. They provide all sorts of food, from salads to chicken strips and burgers, and their breakfast is the absolute best. The staff in the student center are so very helpful and knowledgable on everything you need to know, and if they don't know, they help you find the answer.
