Academic Flexibility: It's been tough this first semester but i was able to work and still keep my grades up. Class flexibility depends on your major. If your major is a very popular one you'll have no problem fitting your classes into your schedule. If your taking something new or that only a few people sign up for you just have to take what you can get.

Online Courses: I'm not taking any online courses because i just prefer seeing my teacher face to face.

Career Services: I haven't gotten a chance to use them yet because this is only my first year here. When i get closer to graduation and have a better idea of where i want to transfer I'll check them out.

Overall Experience: I thought my physics teacher was very picky when grading our homework. I got points taken off for spelling errors and forgetting staples. That always made me mad but it also made me determined to get an A. My composition teacher was a life saver. I honestly don't know if i would've passed if it hadn't been for him.

Overall Experience: They have lots of internships. There's even an entire class just for internships. Plus there's a whole department seperate from the internship one to help you get a job.

Academic Experience: I'm in the engineering science transfer. It's nice that all the classes are available in my town but i wish they had better times. My math class is only available at 8:00 am and i can't take my computer class till the summer because their is only one physics two class. But the engineering club is very cool and a good help.

Overall Experience: Not a lot of people pick my school because it gets a bad reputation. North Shore is usually people's safety school but it's a really nice place. For one thing it is so nice to not have go all the way into Boston for school everyday. The classes are really good to, i felt like i learned a lot. Also there is a wide variety of majors to choose from. Many people i talk to all go for the same three things: nursing, computer science, or graphic design. When i tell them I'm majoring in engineering they always seem surprised.

Career Services: The career center has great employees. I used their services, mainly to create a CV at the time I attended a non-credit course. Did not use it, because I was hired at a job fair, and people there helped me do a different type of CV (the type preferred by the employer). I`ve got the job!

Academic Experience: Initially, I was in the Liberal Arts Program. It offers a lot of perspectives, it was almost impossible for me to decide for a major. Luckily, I was accepted in the Nursing Program, which is great. I love both, I wish it would be possible to graduate with both programs. The Nursing Program is very hard, but it opens so great perspectives!

Academic Flexibility: Cannot say there is much flexibility. You must respect the deadline. This is part of the deal, and I totally respect it. If you are late, you lose your grade. Do not know about transferring, I did not try yet.

Online Courses: Online courses are great for people who don`t like to travel and who need a diploma fast. Yet, the work overload is very high. Professors are great, they follow each student and they give advises. Some courses require quizzes, and personally I do not agree with questions that are not in the book, or not explained in the required manual, or not even in the syllabus. What professors do, is they aleatory choose questions from the online database. I would prefer a more friendly approach.

Overall Experience: NSCC offers a large variety of courses. I had trouble in choosing the right ones. Some career advisers were helpful, but some tried to make me apply for courses which I will never need. Professors so far were O.K. Overall, very good. I have seen only one or two professors who might not be as I expected.

Overall Experience: The school is very good. It is not far from where I live. Professors are good. I like it because it is very clean and it respects the environment.
