3 College Freshman

Campus Food: The menu is very repetitive and isn't enjoyable after a while. West is the best dining center because if you don't like the meal you can always get pizza. The cook tops are also nice for when you want to make stir fry, pancakes, eggs, and other food that's not on the menu.

Campus Housing: Living in the dorms wasn't ideal. It was very convenient being so close to class, the dining center, and the library; however, the dorm I lived in wasn't very social. The cost of living on campus isn't cheap, but also isn't as expensive as some colleges. I believe that it is a good experience for freshman to live on campus in the dorms; however, I think after that it is better to live in off campus apartments near by.

4 College Freshman

Administration: Feel secure walking around on campus at night, security is available, but I still am able to do what I want to do.

4 College Freshman

Scholarships: Process was easy and straight forward. There are people on campus to help as needed.

4 College Freshman

Campus Food: Food seems to be good, I tend to go to the same cafeteria, as it is the closest to my dorm. Sometimes would like a little more variety. But overall am impressed with selection.

4 College Freshman

Campus Housing: Dorm rooms are roomy enough and are clean. They have more than one cafeterias, and there is one right next to our building that is connected via underground tunnel, which is perfect.

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: Very spendy and can not live two to a room, which is quite frusterating. Would love to have more options.

3 College Freshman

Party Scene: Not many parties, but they seem to be okay as far as fun. The only problem is to have enough people to actually show up to actually have fun.

2 College Freshman

Administration: Very strict as far as drugs, but the alcohol aspect I feel is too lenient in some dorms. Noise violations are too strict, if you make a peep, it seems that you can receive a noise violation.

4 College Freshman

Scholarships: The FAFSA is quick and easy, just call to make sure that they receive it so that you will receive financial aid.

3 College Freshman

Campus Food: It is good food overall, but sometimes the food is not cooked enough and the gluten free option you always have to wait for in the hot line.

3 College Freshman

Campus Housing: The dorms are quite nice pertaining to space, but as far as quality of it, it could be updated.

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: It all depends on what you're looking for.

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: Tons of fast food ad not much else

3 College Freshman

Administration: They are very selective of what they enforce and it changes all the time.

4 College Freshman

Party Scene: Parties all over the place that let most everyone in.

4 College Freshman

Campus Food: Sometimes the food is good, other times it is really only meant for vegetarians. On the bright side though, if West Dining Center is open you can always get pizza.

4 College Freshman

Campus Housing: Room size is very dependent on which hall you live in and the room selection process after the first year is very unorganized and unfair.

3 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: The apartments that are near NDSU are really expensive. If you can I would recommend moving farther away you will save a lot of money.

4 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Dining: Spicy pie is my favorite! It's right off campus on 12th street and it is definitely the place to go at 1:00 AM. That's when everyone is there.

4 College Sophomore

Administration: The RA's are pretty strict about noise after quiet hours. Even if it sounds like a good idea to throw a party in your dorm, DO NOT DO IT. They will catch you no matter how quiet you are and you will get written up.

4 College Sophomore

Scholarships: I received the freshman scholarship to attend.

4 College Sophomore

Party Scene: If you know alot of people than you will be able to find parties if not you might not be so lucky. A lot of students who live around campus will throw house parties. Some people will just show up but usually you have to know someone to get in.

5 College Sophomore

Campus Food: So many options and really great food!

3 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: The Dorm rooms are a kinda small and a little bit run down. Some are better than others. I lived in Dinan and the bathrooms were not the best but they were remodeled this year. The RAs are really nice and they have a lot of activities for you to do as a dorm.
