3 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: Many of the instructors have been quite helpful and seem very interested in what they do however I am not sure that the area surrounding my school is very fitting for me.

5 College Freshman

Overall Experience: I like it so far.

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: Some of my favorite experiences were at sporting events and with the athletes. My school is unique because although it is a D1 school for sports, it is also a research focused university. If I could choose a school over again I would probably choose a school that wasn't so heavily focused on agriculture.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: NDSU is like a small town all by it self. There are a bunch of different organizations to choose from. My favorite is Chi Alpha. It's a ministry for college students. And it is also a great way to meet new people and make new friends.

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: The school has man ways you can get involved and meet new people. The teachers are very willing to personally help you out as well.

5 College Junior

Overall Experience: I'm so glad that I chose to attend college at NDSU. the curriculum can be challenging but the teachers are very good (for the most part), the other students are very friendly and there are many things to do in the Fargo Moorhead area. Go bison!

4 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: Not sure because I haven't experienced it yet

4 College Freshman

Scholarships: Got enough to go here.

4 College Freshman

Athletics: Football is very popular here and the club sports are great here from what I heard.

4 College Freshman

Party Scene: Not sure because I've never been to one at NDSU yet

4 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: Good locations that I notice that are in my hometown are also here.

3 College Freshman

Campus Food: It's not bad, but it'll get repetitive.

4 College Freshman

Campus Housing: The dorms are the perfect size and the cost is what sold me to go here.

3 College Freshman

Campus Food: The menu is very repetitive and isn't enjoyable after a while. West is the best dining center because if you don't like the meal you can always get pizza. The cook tops are also nice for when you want to make stir fry, pancakes, eggs, and other food that's not on the menu.

3 College Freshman

Campus Housing: Living in the dorms wasn't ideal. It was very convenient being so close to class, the dining center, and the library; however, the dorm I lived in wasn't very social. The cost of living on campus isn't cheap, but also isn't as expensive as some colleges. I believe that it is a good experience for freshman to live on campus in the dorms; however, I think after that it is better to live in off campus apartments near by.

4 College Freshman

Administration: Feel secure walking around on campus at night, security is available, but I still am able to do what I want to do.

4 College Freshman

Scholarships: Process was easy and straight forward. There are people on campus to help as needed.

4 College Freshman

Campus Food: Food seems to be good, I tend to go to the same cafeteria, as it is the closest to my dorm. Sometimes would like a little more variety. But overall am impressed with selection.

4 College Freshman

Campus Housing: Dorm rooms are roomy enough and are clean. They have more than one cafeterias, and there is one right next to our building that is connected via underground tunnel, which is perfect.

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: Very spendy and can not live two to a room, which is quite frusterating. Would love to have more options.

3 College Freshman

Party Scene: Not many parties, but they seem to be okay as far as fun. The only problem is to have enough people to actually show up to actually have fun.

2 College Freshman

Administration: Very strict as far as drugs, but the alcohol aspect I feel is too lenient in some dorms. Noise violations are too strict, if you make a peep, it seems that you can receive a noise violation.

4 College Freshman

Scholarships: The FAFSA is quick and easy, just call to make sure that they receive it so that you will receive financial aid.

3 College Freshman

Campus Food: It is good food overall, but sometimes the food is not cooked enough and the gluten free option you always have to wait for in the hot line.

3 College Freshman

Campus Housing: The dorms are quite nice pertaining to space, but as far as quality of it, it could be updated.
