So far I have had a great time here at school! There are always opportunities to get involved and get active on campus. If you show effort, the teachers will meet you half way. They are very willing and open to assistance. My academic adviser is the absolute best. I am comfortable going to see her about anything whether it is school related or not. I was proactive about scheduling so for me, it was easy to get the classes I wanted at the times I wanted. However, they have yet to begin online registration methods but word around is that we should have it for next fall. One set back is that the business office and financial aid offices are not very efficient and are not always on the same page. I had to keep going back and talking with both of them to get one simple thing done that turned out to be a slack on their part. Also, there seems to be some unnecessary general education classes, but that is expected being though that this is a Christian, private school. Other than that I have had a fine time here. I like the small campus and class setting, so this was a good pick for me.

NC Wesleyan has some good sports such as mens soccer and baseball. However NC Wesyelan lacks many great female sports. The school is constantly eliminating and creating new female sports. For this reason, Wesleyan has an overwheling male population over female. The school also fails to apply the proper amount of money towards its sports with a return of any kind. For instance the school is currently in the progress of building a new tennis complex with no plans of selling tickets to its matches. In the near future the school plans on building a football stadium. This will also be very interesting.
Most of NC Wesleyan's money comes from donors in the community and alumni across the country. Whena donor gives money, the request certain things built and their name placed on it. For this reason, many odd buildings and structures are built with no real plans of future revenue.
However, Wesleyan has experienced great academic progress of the decades. Two Divison 3 Basbeall Championships and many basketball tournements. Wesleyan's mens soccer team is nationally ranked almost yearly, as is its tennis team in the last few years. For this reason I give Wesleyan an overall B!

One of my professors changed a class just because I needed his and another professor's, and they were offered the same day at the same time. Because I know my profs, I was able to go to them and get a class switched around which allowed me to graduate on time! Most people know a majority of the people on campus by name, and there are tons of support options. We're right between Greenville and Raleigh, so big city life isn't far away.
