4 College Freshman

Local Area: Being in Durham is great because it's inside of the triangle. There is always something to do for college aged students.

Local Area: The city my school is located in is pretty good. There are local events that take place over the weekend that I hear about, some of them are cultural, there's a comic book convention that takes place every year, and the list goes on. There are two good shopping malls that everyone goes and one of them is called South Point Mall, which is very popular for shopping. The local attitude is pleasant whenever there is some interaction.

3 College Freshman

Local Area: I spend most of my time on campus. However, the immediate area businesses do understand that most of their customers are students. The large mall with everyone's favorite upscale stores is the big attraction as far as jobs and shopping.

3 College Sophomore

Local Area: I would not live in Durham, simply because this is not the place for me. The only thing that keeps my interest here besides school is the shopping.

5 College Freshman

Local Area: Durham is becoming a hot spot for activity. With colleges like Duke, UNC Chapel Hill & NC State around there is always something to do. And don't forget the Durham Bulls!!!
