Off-Campus Housing

4 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: Off-campus housing is the way to go if you want to save money while attending Niagara. Off-campus housing landlords are very excited to see college students and are more than willing to rent to them. Cost is average. However, Niagara takes no part in helping you find off campus housing.

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: It's typical student housing off campus. Nothing great but it will do.

3 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: There are a few of off-campus apartments but you have to live on campus for two years.

Off-Campus Housing: Most of the student housing is in bad parts of the neighborhood, and there have been several robberies reported. I'm not sure about availability, but I don't think there's a high cost associated with living off campus. I believe most students save a lot of money this way. I had free on campus housing so I'm not sure, but if you could find a good place to live (nearby in Lewiston, for example), the bad neighborhood problem was alleviated.
