4 College Freshman

Academic Experience: I'm getting an AS with a mathematics concentration and I'm planning on pursuing a degree in Math so it lines up nicely. As do most of the AA and AS's offered at NMMI.

Academic Experience: Most teachers are cool. There isn't a variety of classes to choose from and you're very limited, but odds are you're just there to get your AA or commission early anyways. Class sizes are small, but there's no such thing as an easy class or a work free class.

Academic Experience: The academics at this school have really prepared me for the next level of learning. Here teachers are flexible, yet strict. Our duty is to strive to be the best and learn how to be the most intelligent and honorable soldiers this world will see. Curriculum here is very tough and really takes a lot of time out of your day to keep up. This helps me to manage my time.

4 College Senior

Academic Experience: I am currently getting my associates in science. My major will be health and exercise sciences. Classes at the Institute are very challenging. Along with the corps life academics are the most important topics here. This school teaches us how to manage our time while being successful corps leaders. The class material is intense yet very rewarding if you can stick with the amount of time needed to study each day.

5 College Junior

Academic Experience: Many of the instructors are passionate about there work; to teach. The instructors want to help build a base of knowledge for the student--knowledge that is oriented to the students major field of study. Again, many of the instructors are very helpful and understanding, but, what the student has to remember is that it is up to the individual to put enough effort into their studies , to earn the grade. This is where the idea, "that if this is not a military school it is nothing.." comes to mind. If the student is not obedient in their work, then their grade will reflect their effort. As long as students maintain a scenes of honor to themselves; duty to their work; there is nothing they can not achieve.
