Greek Life: I rate the Greeks based on their merits, not my personal feelings toward the Greek lifestyle. They are well organized chapters, filled with high quality people. Their individual organizations are definitely in the public eye on campus because they are quite often involved in many of the fundraisers that go on here at Wesleyan. The Greenhouse Club is brand new this year and the Greek houses are already clamoring to help us on any campus projects that we can come up with. All-in-all, they are wonderful and helpful.

Athletics: Personally, I'm not much of a sports person. Our football, volleyball, men's basket ball, and track/field are all well attended events. I have no experience with things like the swimming, baseball, softball, (etcetera) events, but I am sure they are well attended too. Our facilities are sizable so we can fit in large crowds, but not so big that they feel empty and intimidating. They are in good shape, and our equipment is either new or relatively new. Everything works and can be used by athletes and non-athletes alike.

Off-Campus Dining: There are so many places here in Lincoln, and even a good few that are just 2-3 blocks from campus. The diversity is almost everything you could ask for. And the prices are wonderful for college students. I can think of multiple places nearby that have student discounts and do special deals if our sports teams reach or surpass a certain goal during an event. All-in-all, quite excellent.

Administration: The strictness here is actually what you would normally find at most colleges. Underage drinking is neither condoned nor allowed, and to have alcohol in your room, all occupants of the room must be overage and the room must be registered as alcohol tolerant. Drugs aren't allowed or tolerated, point blank. Everything else is also pretty normal in the sense that none of the policies are so strict that inconvenience any of the students.

4 College Sophomore

Scholarships: There are plenty of scholarships, some are just harder to get. The financial aid people are what really do the trick though! They email you, they meet with you, they help walk you through it- my person is truly an angel and I don't know what I'd ever do without her!!

Campus Food: The only negative thing about the usual dining plans is the lessened amount of options on the weekends. Other than that, they keep the routine fresh by coming up with new things to make your tastebuds dance!

Campus Housing: Varying from dorm to dorm, the different aspects and qualities will change. Centennial has a fantastic atmosphere and the shape of the building causes inevitable social interactions. However it is 4 stories tall, lacks an elevator, and tends to get a little noisy as it is mainly a freshman dorm. The suites are fantastic due to all of the space afforded to the individual (1 bathroom/shower unit per 2 individuals, plus a half kitchen and a living room per unit), but it's chief drawback is the fact that all of the extra space makes it hard for social interactions to occur because everyone stays in their rooms. There are ups and downs to each and every dorm.

Party Scene: There are parties that happen on campus, but I do not know that they ever get huge. I know that if you want to go to a big party school, UNL would be the place to go.

5 College Sophomore

Scholarships: Nebraska Wesleyan University offers an abundance of financial aid and is great about helping their students stay in school.

Campus Food: Since I am a member of a sorority, I do not have to eat the campus food anymore. As a freshmen, last year, the food was decent but had room for improvement. This year I know that they remodeled the cafeteria and added more options, but I can not speak on behalf of how the food is anymore.

Health & Safety: Like stated early, I have never been that concerned with the safety of our campus, except regards to sexual assault. I have had a few friends who were sexually assaulted, but did not go and report the incident, so I am not 100% aware of how our campus would currently handle the situation. But, I know that we are improving our Title IX compliance as well as how our campus handles these situations.

Local Area: Lincoln is the best college town that one can have. It is a city, but not overpowering and huge. Husker football and game days are something that every college student should experience. The city of Lincoln on game days is so great and wonderful if you are a young adult. Also in Lincoln, there are numerous places to eat, museums to visit, and is an overall very safe community.

3 College Sophomore

Administration: Honestly, I have never had a problem with the administration or police on campus. I know that if you ever need to contact the police there are emergency poles located in numerous locations around campus. We are a "wet" campus, so if you are over 21 you can have alcohol in your room.

Academics: Nebraska Wesleyan University is academically a phenomenal school. The professors will take time out of their to help you if you are struggling, not only in the classroom, but also with personal issues. Also, the professors are all very intelligent and want to see you succeed. The curriculum of the school is growing and being a private, liberal arts school, you have the opportunity to take classes that you would not normally take. Professors do expect their students to always be engaged in class and do their homework, which makes the workload big.

Off-Campus Housing: The off-campus situation at Nebraska Wesleyan is decent. They do offer some living areas but highly encourage students to live on campus.

Off-Campus Dining: The Off-Campus Dining is great if you just need a pizza or a late night meal. There are always places available to call to get food late at night.

3 College Junior

Athletics: Our athletics suffer since we cannot offer athletic scholarships to our athletes. With the University of Nebraska in the same city, it takes all of the sporting attention off our school

5 College Junior

Local Area: The city of Lincoln is great for a college student. It's not too big, but it has a lot of great options to keep students entertained and busy!

3 College Junior

Party Scene: There's always something going on if you look hard enough. Not the party scene of a huge school, but it's still fun

4 College Junior

Majors: My program did not have any sort of application process, so it was easy! The majors here are great

4 College Junior

Campus Housing: The new suites and townhouses are great. They're finally renovating one of the freshman dorms to make it more modern. Now there are just two very old freshman dorms left to upgrade.

4 College Junior

Campus Quality: There are quite a few opportunities; students don't take advantage of them as well as we should though.

4 College Junior

Health & Safety: There are never safety issues caused by students.

3 College Sophomore

Party Scene: It's weak af, some of us can drink a lot but nobody likes to party consistently.
