As I said previously, some of the instructors are unapproachable, but most of them are helpful. I am majoring in Education, but am going for an Arts and Science degree. I have taken a few education classes, and I can not believe how much there was to learn about being an educator. In college, there will always be a lot of homework, and sometimes it really interferes with life. But if you want to learn, you'd better work hard!

Muskegon Community College's methodology of rewarding students Financial aid is great! They recently implemented a new regulation, granting students one payment of financial aid at the beginning of a semester and the rest once classes have been almost completed. This was a genius maneuver, since they were losing a lot of money with students dropping classes soon after receiving their refund check.

Muskegon Community College makes college easy. When you apply, you make an account, so when you get accepted, you don't have to rely on the IT department to help you. Financial aid is extremely simple to request and you don't have to print out any forms. You can fill them in and submit them without any hassle. The professors are very organized, and the tutoring center is beyond top notch. It's not deathly expensive, and the sports create a name for themselves. Muskegon Community college is so unique because we have so much diversity that no matter what religion, gender, sexuality, or disabilities you may have, you'll always feel welcomed and at home. If I could choose any college again, I would still go with Muskegon Community College. GO JAYHAWKS!!
