3 College Junior

Transportation: Having a car to get where you need to go helps tremendously especially with Portland traffic and the location of our school. Living on a street that has a lot of suspicious activity does not help for young women or any person to be able to go somewhere by themselves. If a person does not have a means of transportation, then taking the bus or max transit is the next option. Again, however, going by oneself is difficult. The reason why this grade is somewhat high, however, is because there are many available stores and locations near the school. The freeway is super closeby. Having a car gets rid of all the worries that come with the suspicious activity on the streets and would help any student.

4 College Sophomore

Transportation: Easy a – Considering Multnomah is a school with only 500 undergraduate students who live on campus, and that it's very very small, transportation is super easy to find, and it's usually walking. It takes about 5 minutes to walk from the dorms to lecture halls, so being late isn't an option. Other than that most students who commute to school come with their own vehicle, and some students use the TriMet.

4 College Freshman

Transportation: I don't drive. But anytime I need to go somewhere there is almost always a friend with a car who's willing to take me.
