5 College Junior

Campus Resources: Everyone attending the school are all working towards the same certification so we are all very helpful towards eachother and the learning leaders are all very understanding and know how to word everything they say so every student in the room will understand.

Campus Resources: Great help from all employees n fellow classmates

Campus Resources: MTI College is a vocational school, so there are no sports or athletic centers, but the school has a great student center with many resources in all subjects that are being taught at this campus.

Academic Flexibility: As it stands now I will be walking 2 miles to and from school every day. This means getting up at 6am or earlier, in order to get there on time and presentable. This is really the only problem I am facing with 'flexibility' of classes. Transferring credits? Only one of my classes MIGHT be able to transfer, and I do not know about that just yet.

College Junior

Overall Experience: So far I haven't been blown out of the water in either way (good or bad). I am quite nervous about the fast paced environment, but I am confident that I can do it. I never wanted to go to a school that had such a fast paced learning system, but with no job opportunities coming from the traditional schooling and no chance to continue that, I have little option left.

College Junior

Overall Experience: Yet again, my answer is based on things I have been told and not my own experience. Class sizes are smaller than those at ARC from what I have seen, Professors have fewer students and therefore are more available to help individuals.

College Junior

Overall Experience: As far as I have been told thus far, as I mentioned before, most students obtain jobs before even leaving school. MTI actually helps the students find these jobs and will do as much as they can in order to aid the student in becoming successful both in the classroom and beyond graduation.

College Junior

Online Courses: Yet again, I cannot really answer this question. I don't even know if any of the courses are offered online yet to be honest.

College Junior

Student Body: I haven't gotten to know anyone yet really. I hope to meet new people here that share my devotion to learning.

Tuition & Financial Aid: The way I see it, after all the financial aid I am being granted the amount I owe in loans for the tuition isn't all that much. The price of a nice used car. That is still quite a large chunk of money, but when you think about it in the way of "Well according to the bls occupation handbook the job I am receiving training for pays 34,000 average a year, that loan can be paid off in less than a year. The training this job gave me is paid for in less than the time the schooling itself took." Thats how I look at it anyways.

Career Services: I still cannot give a real opinion here, but from what I have learned thus far, it seems as tho the school will go above and beyond to help me get a job within my field of study once I have graduated. They will work just as hard as I work, even going as far as paying for the certification test so I can make even more money once I have graduated (assuming I test 90% or better on their practice exam)

College Junior

Academic Experience: As I have not yet started classes, I cannot provide an appropriate response regarding the program or anything related to it

College Junior

Academic Experience: Again, as I haven't actually started my work yet I cannot provide any insight.

Campus Resources: I've only been in twice now, no classes attended yet, however everyone I have met has been very kind, friendly and helpful and I look forward to starting this new chapter in my life.

Academic Flexibility: Everyone has been so accommodating to me. They take the time to create a plan.

4 College Senior

Career Services: I haven't had the opportunity to utilize our career services.

5 College Senior

Campus Resources: Everyone at the school is so passionate about what they do.

Student Body: There are many people from all walks of life attending my school. I've seen young and old, black and white, male and female. There are people who have lots of school and work experience and and some who are fresh out of school. You can always find students getting together between classes and during free periods. They're putting together study groups, exchanging phone numbers, and planning to get together in their home lives.

4 College Senior

Overall Experience: I love that the financial aid department is right there in the main office. There is no need to go anywhere to get your student loans or fill out for federal grant money. In fact they are the people who gave me the information about this scholarship in the first place.

Academic Flexibility: The fact that my school is fast tracked and has its classes set up in terms is definitely convenient. One of the best things about its short 6 week classes is that you can change your class load the Friday before the next term starts. If life gets in the way and you need to drop a class or you just weren't schedule enough classes to keep you busy, you need not worry for you can go to the Dean and have them modify to suit your needs. The class loads are so small that it is quite easy to get into any class that you need to complete your schooling. With only approximately 5-20 students per class, you can get personal one-on-one help in every class. If you're falling behind, my school offers lab days where a teacher has a class period set up for each of our subjects to help get you the extra tutoring you need to pass.

5 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: They are very flexible. The whole facility is willing to work with you and they offer morning afternoon and evening classes.

5 College Junior

Student Body: Love the atmosphere of the students, everyone is very supportive. Everyone is very accepting. It is like a big group of friends that all go to the same school.

College Junior

Online Courses: I do not take online courses for my program so I cannot rate these courses.

5 College Junior

Career Services: They set you up with interview to get you a job. It is unlimited for you. They have connections with some businesses and certain business look specifically for their students.

5 College Junior

Campus Resources: They have great resources on the campus and the entire staff is very supportive. They have job board and work study programs on campus to help financially needy students. Campus is very clean. library is small, and there are always campus activities.
