3 College Junior

Overall Experience: In my community there are a lot of alumni from Morgan Community College. They have found jobs because of school.

3 College Junior

Overall Experience: Class sizes are good. They tend to run in the smaller sizes, but sometimes can have more than usual.

College Junior

Online Courses: I have not taken any online classes.

4 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: The high school pays for most of the schooling, and I pay the difference.

3 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: There is not a lot of academic flexibility. There is only one class for each subject.

5 College Junior

Student Body: The student body here consists mostly of people I have been attending school with since first grade. I know everyone very well and everyone is very friendly and helpful. The student body is great.

College Junior

Campus Resources: I have never been to the actual campus in Fort Morgan. I have only been to the Bennett Branch, which is just an office.

College Junior

Career Services: I am not sure about this.

3 College Junior

Academic Experience: I have not majored yet.

3 College Junior

Academic Experience: The professors don't seem interested in the students. The curriculum is okay, except for the v-net classes. it is hard to learn from a video screen. The class registration process is easy. Workload is average.

5 College Junior

Campus Resources: I couldn't be any happier than I am with the way I am treated by the staff as soon as I walk in the front doors. Considering the fact that I'm only 19, I still get treated like a child almost everywhere I go, but when I'm at the school nobody talks down to me. I feel like a human that they actually have respect for.

Tuition & Financial Aid: I've never had any luck with our financial aid process. It takes far too long to process, and then they need more information, and by the time it all gets settled you've been dropped from your classes and can't order your books.

College Junior

Career Services: I haven't attempted to utilize these opportunities yet.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: I have never been disappointed with any of the professors at MCC. They are always more than willing to take some extra time out of their day to help you. Not only are the professors fantastic, but the librarians, tech support, and tutors are always very polite.

3 College Junior

Overall Experience: I'd say MCC is about average when it comes to career opportunities for student's. They'll show you a couple idea's of directions to go, but they're not going to walk you through it step-by-step which I prefer. If they still showed us every move to take, we as student's would never learn for ourselves.

3 College Junior

Online Courses: I've only taken one online class with MCC so I would have to say I don't have much to base an opinion on; especially because I didn't enjoy the class in the first place so it was hard for me to keep focused anyway.

3 College Junior

Student Body: I think MCC is a well matured school. While I still see different stereo-types of people hanging out with each other, I don't really see anybody being judgmental because of it.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Flexibility: The courses are all set up and you can choose which classes best fits into your schedule. There are courses during the day and some that are available during the evening.

3 College Sophomore

Online Courses: I had an online course that met once a week to discuss the work and to review the chapter. It was harder because we only had that one time to discuss everything, but what worked out was that the professor gave us her number and email in case we had questions. Of course, she encouraged us to work it out with one of our peers before contacting her.

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: During one of my classes we got to go outside and play games in the grass that let us blow off some steam after a hard exam. There was a class we got to make face masks on each others face, and then decorate our own mask.

3 College Sophomore

Student Body: My student body during the classes I have taken have been wonderful. They are filled with dedicated and hardworking students. Yes, there was a couple of those slackers, but mostly all of the students knew what degree they were pursuing and were dedicated on reaching that goal.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: Depending on your class load I believe the workload was good. While doing classes I was pregnant with my first son and at no time was I feeling overstressed about my homework, tests, or exams. My professors were very understandable about how many days I would miss a class after the baby was born.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: I was able to do some of the prerequisites of my degree during my high school years.

3 College Sophomore

Career Services: For my degree, a lot of the graduates have been able to find work within their community.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Quality: There are different locations throughout the northeast of Colorado. There are a total of 5 different locations. These locations include Wray, Fort Morgan, Burlington, Bennet, and Limon. Not only are there different locations, what is really cool is at the Wray locations high school students are able to attend classes during their high school day. What this means is that a high school student gets double credit that works for their high school diploma and their college diploma.
