If I could put it into one sentence, it would be, 2 years wasted here. I went to Morehead to finish up my Bachelors. I went because family and friends went here, they always said it was the best school for me. Just the two years there made me felt like I was lied too. Frist, I didn't really learn anything in my field to help me when I graduated. Second, they only care about getting their name out there. Third, student body is not very diverse, such as they only care about athletes, students in on-campus organizations(student clubs and greek life), if you are not any of these you mostly treated like dirt. Sadly, I have to go back to school to redo the damage this place did for my future. Thanks!

I live in East Mignon Hall and I absolutely LOVE it there! The rooms are very spacious and clean. Rules are strictly enforced, which I prefer. I'm provided with all the amenities I need to live comfortably. Hot water, soft bed, warm rooms, more than enough storage space and living space. The only reason it's not a perfect score is because of the washers and dryers. There are only 3 of each which is not nearly enough for the mass amount of students living there.

The Farm – Morehead State University is located in livestock country. Many kids around the state come to this school for their Agricultural experience. They are one of the few Universities to have a learning Farm with full livestock and hands on, on campus experience. There are many job and volunteer opportunities as well. At Morehead there is a wide variety of academics programs, the social scene is welcoming with movies in the park (on campus) to campus wide cookouts to couple's dinner while watching a production! It is definately an enjoyable atmosphere!
