4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: no comment. everything is awesome

5 College Sophomore

Student Body: Everyone is treated the same. Reminds me of one big family.

Tuition & Financial Aid: Trying to figure out how to apply for financial aid is a joke. I got jacked around and missed the deadline thanks to the financial aid department.

Tuition doesn't really apply to me. The school pays it for me.

Campus Resources: It's okay, I wish they would "advertise" it more. I had no clue that my school had all of these activities until someone told me (which it was then to late to join).

5 Recent Alumnus

Academic Flexibility: Classes are available in the morning, afternoon, and at night. There are classes on weekends.

Overall Experience: Moraine Valley gave me a second chance at obtaining an education. I did not take school serious at first and Moraine recognized my changes and gave me another shot

Overall Experience: My professors and courses have been outstanding. My class sizes are perfect because not too big so teacher knows the student on a name basis.

Overall Experience: Moraine holds job fairs for the students to meet with companies.

Online Courses: Online courses were great because I worked part time and competed on their cross country team so it was easier for me to do the work on my own time. These classes are for students that are disciplined though.

Student Body: A student can complete their associates degree and not stress out over the tuition prices since it costs $100 a credit hour. Most other schools are 5 times this amount

Career Services: Great alumni network and career center available to all students. Moraine goes the extra mile to help all students find a career they want or works with the student to transfer to a four year school to complete their degree.

4 Recent Alumnus

Academic Experience: Moraine has one of the top nursing programs. Class registration is easy and can be done online or with an advisor. I preferred to meet with an advisor to ensure I was meeting all the requirements needed to graduate.

5 Recent Alumnus

Academic Experience: I obtained my associates degree from Moraine and the work load was comparable to four year school students. Just because it was a community college did not make course work easy.

4 Recent Alumnus

Campus Resources: Amazing new athletic facility available to all full-time students at no charge. Discounted for part time students. Plenty of career programs for students not looking to attend four year schools. Excellent administration and staff. Teachers are better because smaller classes so they have the time to get to know you.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: Their resources are outstanding. Really up to date and New

3 College Sophomore

Online Courses: There was enough time with the professor and my peers and the workload was manageable

3 College Sophomore

Tuition & Financial Aid: The tuition itself isn't bad at all just going through financial aid and that process is difficult

4 College Sophomore

Student Body: The student body at my school is diverse different types of ethnicities, backgrounds, values and interests.

5 College Junior

Student Body: The school is very welcoming of everyone. It does not matter what race or religion you are. They have clubs for each one. They don't show any favoritism.

5 College Junior

Career Services: The advisors are extremely helpful! They tell you which classes will be helpful for you. They let you know if you will transfer, where would be the best fit.

5 College Junior

Online Courses: The online courses are great. They are very easy. They give directions and show you how to work everything before starting your course.

4 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: All the teachers I have had were very helpful! The campus is kept very clean. The campus is also very big, so it's normal to get lost. When a student comes in the wrong room, everyone is nice amd helpful. Teachers are willing to give directions. The curriculum can be hard, but as long as you study you will do great.

5 College Senior

Academic Flexibility: There is a variety of classes and dates/times to choose from which made it easy for me to go to school full time and work part time.

4 College Senior

Tuition & Financial Aid: I am attending my college on a Distinguished Scholar Award. This award was given to high school seniors at my high school who were in the top 10% of the class.

4 College Senior

Campus Resources: The new Health, Fitness, and Recreation Center is a place where many students gather to work out and to socialize with fellow students.

Events such as graduation are also held in this location, making for a special night for all students.
