Off-Campus Housing: The apartments in Beverly are surprisingly expensive and if you manage to find a cheap apartment its all the way in the middle of nowhere.

Off-Campus Housing: Off-campus housing is cheaper, but it's easier to pay for on-campus housing since it's just added to the tuition bill. It's also nice to be in a house/apartment full of your classmates and friends.

Off-Campus Housing: Off-campus housing can be very easy to find in Beverly, but you have to be careful about location. You can get a good size apartment for $500/month but it lacks things like heat and is most likely on Rantoul St. You would want to avoid that. There are a lot of other housing opportunities around, but if you you go too far in the other direction, near the large fancy houses, the price goes up. You have to find the middle ground.
