Academic Experience: Attending Montgomery College has enabled me to balance my time and apply to other area such as interning in D.C. It motivates to get everything done on time, prepare myself for the next day while still being able to join sports and clubs and be a voice here at school.

Academic Experience: I have had a constructive and exceptional learning experience as a General Studies major at Montgomery College. It is amazing to be a General Studies major. Even though you are required to take a few core classes you still have an incredible amount of freedom to explore different subject areas. Since the curriculum also requires you to take elective classes. The workload is considerable. When it comes to facilities there is a Writing Center and other labs designed to help students with their coursework. Finally, there are varied internships and job opportunities throughout the school year.

Academic Experience: As a computer science major I am disappointed that some of the courses do not transfer; the first three CMSC courses do not transfer to some schools like UMD so students have to do more in order to transfer successfully.
