There is a friendly atmosphere. The instructors, professors, and they care about you and your learning and are always approachable. Smaller class sizes mean more one-to-one attention and a better chance at success.

Living on campus is great! you're able to come back to the dorms and study for exam without having other distractions in the way. Everyone is like minded and is great encouragement. I enjoy going to MSUB. The cost is low so I'm able to afford going to college and getting my bachelor degree of nursing. The college has a great library that has three levels for students to study. The professors here take their time to teach you and make sure you really are understanding the information that is being taught.

The earlier a student decides what they want to major in, the sooner they are able to take classes that are required for that degree. Fore example, I decided on General Business before I even started school, and that allows me to take my required business classes earlier than most people. For my degree, there is a separate business building dedicated to business students, and it is really helpful knowing all of a student's business classes with be in one building. There are always internships and job opportunities, especially with the business path.
