I just wish I got more when I lived on campus because I cannot afford the school.
The Financial Aid office is somewhat helpful with supplying students with aid for upcoming semesters, but if the school does not give you enough aid to cover both semesters you have to figure out a way to come up with the rest. My tips for getting financial aid at school are simple:
1. Talk to your Financial Aid office at your school and inquire about any balances you may owe for current or future semesters.
2. Apply for FASFA. This is extremely important if you do not pay for school out of pocket. Make sure you follow state deadlines.
3. Apply for scholarships and grants. Scholarships and grants are free money that you don't have to pay back after graduating (check to see if they are renewable..some are not). Apply, Apply!!!
1. Give up on finding money/aid for college. Keep applying. If you get denied by a scholarship, keep applying and start a paper trail.
The financial aid kept losing the paperwork I sent. I had to eventually walk to the office and demand to see my adviser 3 days in a row until I was finally allowed in to finalize my paperwork.
A little difficult to get a hold of people In Charge
It was hell I was asked to do the same thing over and over
Sorry, there are no reviews.
