3 College Freshman

Health & Safety: Students are aware of the health and safety concerns are on campus. That doesn't mean everyone follows them though. Just like at any campus there is going to be those few people who decide to break the law and do something horrible.

4 College Sophomore

Health & Safety: There's a lot campus events that teaches us the way to prevent sexual assault from occuring around campus.

4 College Junior

Health & Safety: There have been a few instances of crime on campus, usually late at night. The police send out a message to all students via email or text regarding the situation, and it is almost always resolved by morning.

4 College Junior

Health & Safety: I have no complaints about the health and safety of the campus as of yet.

4 College Sophomore

Health & Safety: S&T has a lot of focus on being safe while drinking and also being safe while you're alone. They stress to never drink and drive and to always have a sober person with you. Also, S&T has a program called Step Up that asks students to step up in situations where a student might possibly become a victim of sexual assault or harassment or might be a danger to themselves or the people around them. They also have campus police throughout campus and emergency posts that allow students to press a button and a campus police officer will escort them to where they need to go if they feel unsafe walking campus alone.
