Off-Campus Housing: The rent here is really outrageous. When the tornado came, landlords started price gouging rent and now rent is way more expensive then towns around it. My first off campus place was pretty horrible, the parking, the landlords and the safety. Now, I've found a better option, but it took a lot of searching.

Off-Campus Housing: Honestly, they don't really help much with finding housing off campus that I know of.

Off-Campus Housing: I live off campus and it was very easy and simple to find a place. There is a lot of variety to choose from as everything is relatively close to the school. The people are nice and you get to have your own privacy. I highly recommend off campus housing to the adult student!

Off-Campus Housing: Off campus housing is okay. There are a lot of apartment complexes in walking distance of campus. Depending on which ones you go for, they can be reasonable with their prices but they do not look that nice inside or they are small. For the most part, the outside is clean. The ones that I live in called Northpark are okay. I would have to give them a 3 in cleanliness because this is the 2nd time I have moved into another apartment due to roaches coming in my home and I have a young child. That and the dishwasher smelling terrible would be the two main downfalls about living here. I feel that the managers and maintenance are very lazy as well.
