Off-Campus Housing: There are several student housing specific places right next to campus that are a pretty great deal. The school itself isn't affiliated with them, but there are housing fairs frequently during the school year where representatives come and tell you all about them. A lot are within walking distance and some also have their own shuttle service to take you back and forth from campus. The prices are pretty high, though. I lived in one of them for a year, but had to move into a regular apartment further away from town because I could no longer afford it. The amenities are great and are honestly a lot of fun with lots of parties going on. The quality of some are a lot better than others. But I would tell students to definitely look outside those communities. I live in a regular apartment with much cheaper rent, way less rowdy neighbors, and am still less than ten minutes from campus. I don't have a pool or a movie theater anymore, but it's worth it to me.

Off-Campus Housing: Off-campus housing is expensive, and every student housing complex gives ridiculous overage fees. But it's better than living on campus for sure.

Off-Campus Housing: From what I understand, off-campus housing in Starkville is great. It is extremely affordable and the apartments are all very spacious.

Off-Campus Housing: It is your average college town price. More than what it really should be.

5 College Student

Off-Campus Housing: Freshman are required to live on campus. The dorms are nice but somewhat expensive, Off campus housing is very nice and about the same cost as the dorms.
