3 College Freshman

Academics: The curriculum is rigorous but well worth it. The professors are always open to help and provide easy access for tutors. Many study areas include McCool, the library, the Union, or even study rooms in our dorm halls.

Academics: After taking my first tests, and not doing to well on them, I received numerous emails from academic advisors, professors, and such about what they can do to help. The staff at MSU cares a lot about grades

4 College Sophomore

Academics: There are several majors offered with a wide range of possible concentrations.

5 College Senior

Academics: Most professors here are great and want their students to do well. All are passionate about their subjects and are very intelligent and leaders in their field. We are a Top 100 Research University--our faculty and students bring in hundreds of thousands of dollars in research grants and we are making many discoveries and patenting new and improved methods of doing things in various fields. Our Agriculture & Life Sciences, College of Forest Resources, and Engineering Colleges are top-notch. That being said, we also have an incredible Business School, Liberal Arts College, Communications and English Department, and Fine Arts Departments. Registration is easily--you are given an email with your registration time slot after meeting with your advisor. You simply log onto your myState student account and register online. I have never not been able to get into a class I needed. The workload is very manageable, even when I took as much as 17 and 18 hours a semester. The classes are challenging and by no means completely easy, but if you out in the work, there is no reason you shouldn't at minimum pass.

5 College Junior

Academics: Classes aren't too bad as long as you keep up with all of your work and go to class!
