Online Courses

Online Courses: I never really took full on online-classes, but a lot of my classes have online portions. They were very easy to follow along. If you had any tech trouble you could easily tell the professor. The computers in the library were awesome. Overall, great experience.

Online Courses: I've only taken one course, so i don't think i have the jurisdiction of judging every online course offered at Mira Costa, but from my experience with this one class, I'd say it's an average experience. The workload is manageable for someone who can manage there time well on their own since taking online courses is more about independence than most things, the professor to student relationship is not there, but the professor tries, and the peer to peer interaction is not there as it would not be in person, so i expected that.

Online Courses: I've taken about 5 online classes and I enjoy taking them. The professors that I've had for online courses communicate with students every few days. They always include correct answers to quizzes after the deadline. The workload is reasonable as long as the student doesn't procrastinate. Students are required to participate in discussion boards which allows peer-to-peer interaction which is nice.

Online Courses: I am taking two online classes and they are actually really great! I enjoy taking both online and in class courses.

Online Courses: I've only taken one class online and it is the one I am in right now. This one has a good setup and it is fairly easy to understand the process.

I've had to drop a couple of online classes in the past because the page setup was overwhelming and confusing. But luckily, the class I am in right now is fine.
