5 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: I would choose Milwaukee School of Engineering again since the school is a good size that you know a lot of people on campus including professors. I also enjoy taking classes that lead to my major starting my freshman year, this gives a early opportunity into deciding if that major is right for me. Finally, I enjoy the student life and activities on campus, and being surrounded by students with similar interests.

3 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: It is very hard, and there is no campus

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: I've liked the opportunity to be involved in clubs that apply what I'm leaning and allowing myself to have a hands on education.

Campus Food: There are three places in the campus to get food; Roscoe, skylight, and cafeteria. Roscoe is good but is only open after 6 and unless someone checks you into the dorms you cant get in. Skylight is also good but it is very expensive and workers are often rude. Cafeteria is the worse, but it does provide with a range of food to choose from and is cheap.

Campus Housing: The housing in the Milwaukee School of Engineering is not that good. There are three dorms; two are very old and another is new but it is very pricey. The older dorms have air conditioning and in the summer it gets way too hot. In the winter the heater is often put up very hi and students are in the need to open up windows. Security is often rude and angry about helping out. The new dorms/towers are beautiful both from the outside and the inside but they are more expensive than living in an apartment.

Administration: The worst thing about living on campus is the absurd visitor policy. Opposite sex guests are not allowed overnight in the dorms.

5 College Freshman

Scholarships: The financial aid at this school will make things very easy.

3 College Freshman

Campus Food: The cafeteria food is not always the best, as expected. Roscoe's is generally good and Skylight is almost ever bad. Mykanos is awesome and Real Chili is open until like 3 in the morning.

4 College Freshman

Athletics: Even with there being a smaller amount of students in sports, they really enjoy them and promote them well.

3 College Freshman

Party Scene: Its all off campus, but it exists if you know the right people. Walk down to Brady on a weekend for a lively time.

4 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: Going out for food is a great idea. There are a lot of good places within walking distance.

3 College Freshman

Campus Housing: The dorms aren't the best. The heater is always running and you will be hot. However, it's easy to make friends and it is overall enjoyable. Classes are close and walking to them is easy.

4 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: Lots of options close to campus, however close to campus options can be expensive.

5 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: Downtown is the best place for food variety.

4 College Freshman

Scholarships: The financial aid office is always helpful and gets back quickly. They answer any and all questions I had. If you don't know, just ask.

3 College Freshman

Greek Life: I couldnt care less about the Greek life but they do have the best events at The public festivals

3 College Freshman

Athletics: I know there is a gym that seems to be used often and Viets field is also used often but other than that im not sure how sports play out at MSOE

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: There are some decent shops around, but Ians Pizza is the best

Administration: The general administration isnt terrible, but there are some issues I have with specific teachers that should probably not be teaching here or anywhere else and the determining of when students schedule can be a large impact on life on campus and the fact that MSOE does not give any perks to commuters makes it difficult to commute and attend schoool

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: Off campus housing is available, but I have not looked so I cannot give much information.

Off-Campus Dining: Many restaurants within 5 blocks of all on campus housing. A little pricy.

Administration: The strictness of policy is upheld by the security officers very well.

4 College Freshman

Scholarships: It's easy to do with the right people.

3 College Freshman

Party Scene: Not much of a partier but I hear that they are cool.
