4 College Junior

Academic Experience: My major is an Associates in Science which is great for most transfer students to get there core classes out the way to transfer of if you change your mind.

3 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: The curriculum is easy to deal with the material that isn't covered is usually omitted. I haven't transferred any credits.

Overall Experience: I liked most of my teachers so far. Some of them have been better than others. I've had a few teachers who are very unorganized and difficult to understand. Most professors have been very kind and willing to help students in and out of class. There are a variety of courses and programs to choose from. The classes usually don't contain more than 25 students which allows instructor and student interaction easier. Most instructors teach at a steady pace that is easy to keep up with. There are also online, fast track, and evening classes for students.

3 College Junior

Overall Experience: I have not experienced or seen much information about any of the following I do know there are some internships available and job training programs.

3 College Junior

Overall Experience: The college is great for students who are just graduating or who work and have families. The tuition is cheaper than a university. The teachers and the students are friendly. The school also has a lot of clubs and opportunities for students and groups to help students learn and succeed. One thing I don't like about the college is the financial aid office being so unorganized. My favorite experience would be the trio organization and the Subway on campus. My school is different from a lot of other schools because of this and also because the credits transfer almost to every other campus in our state unlike a lot of schools. I would do it all again because Midlands helped me to adjust to college and I learned so much while going to school here.

Career Services: I have no idea about any of this stuff, I am however hopeful of the job opportunities it will offer me upon graduation.

4 College Senior

Academic Flexibility: Its great, they have a very wide range of times and days you can take classes, you just have to make sure you sign up early.

1 College Senior

Online Courses: I had online classes that the school didn't tell me would be online, I had a very hard time keeping up with work and contacting my teachers.

5 College Senior

Overall Experience: I always know most of the other students in my classes and throughout the semester we become acquainted and help each other with things.

4 College Senior

Overall Experience: I have seen quite a few recruiters on campus, along with other college recruiters. They have job fairs and college fairs all throughout the semester.

3 College Senior

Academic Experience: Most of my teachers have been very helpful and seem to have knowledge in their area of study, however I have had a teacher that does not seem like he knows what he is teaching.

4 College Senior

Overall Experience: Throughout the time I have spent at this school I have received tremendous help anytime I ask for it, and the staff is very friendly and approachable, making my time here feel like it is really worth it.

3 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: The school is great. They prepare you for university life. The location is great too. It's rights in the middle of USC Columbia, so your surrounded by other college students.

Online Courses: I've only had one online class with this school. It's ok. Nothing spectacular. Student interaction is limited but the information of the class is good and the instructor is very active in our learning

5 College Junior

Academic Experience: All of my classes for pre-program requirements and program classes are in the same building and there are enough of each class available that I don't have to worry about overlapping scheduling or missing out on a class in a semester because of time conflicts
