Education Program – Medaille has an outstanding education program. The teachers are friendly and willing to go out of their way to help you with anything you need. They actually have experience with the subject matter they are teaching. Some of the professors have part-time positions at surrounding elementary schools. You taking classes that have to do with your major and start observing in classrooms your freshman year, which is quite different than at SUNY schools. Students do not have to apply to be in the education program before junior year of college, they are in the program the first day of college. The GPA minimum is 2.5, which is easy to maintain. As long as you're at most of the classes and participate and TRY, you will get a good grade. Medaille will also strive for you to get a job right out of college. They will help you find a position or refer you to someone who can help you. I definitely recommend the education program at Medaille!

Business Administration Major – I love being a business major here at Medaille! The BA major offers several business clubs/programs that benefit you! The best one is SIFE! Students In Free Enterprise. You can start your own projects and travel to learn about business methods/culture and internships! The work load for the BA is somewhat heavy, but very reasonable and the teachers are extremely helpful! All of the classrooms are very clean as well! It's a good environment to be in!
