4 College Junior

Academics: I came to mckendree university in radcliff kentucky I heard it was a very good school and some of the nurses i know graduated from there. I wanted the oppertuneity to learn from them because they encourage smaller classroom settings and study one subject at a time which is easy for a single mother who works part time and goes to school full time.

5 College Sophomore

Academics: Popular Majors – mckendree has a variety of majors. i think the health and psychology majors are the popular majors. i think it's cause of the advisors. the advisors are very involved on campus and available to students for help.

Professors and staff at McKendree University are well-known for giving their time to help out students with classes and any issues that require assistance. Teachers get to know their students well, and with small student-to-teacher ratios, students are more than just a number. One weakness is that communication with faculty and staff members can be delayed sometimes, particularly via email, due to a busy college lifestyle. Keep an eye on how long it has been since you tried to reach a faculty or staff member, and attempt to contact them again, either in person or through email.

Professors make fair decisions overall, and it shows through their teaching styles, techniques, and methods. The best way to ask for guidance is to talk to your professors in person during their office hours, but email is another good option if you face any time constraints (although, as mentioned previously, they sometimes can take a while to get back to you through this form of communication). Teachers are great at giving necessary project updates, notices, or any incoming changes to a schedule or syllabus that may occur throughout a semester. Advisers are your guides throughout your college experience; they will help you in the process of earning a degree in your intended major, help you choose classes for the upcoming semester, provide advice to make the most out of college, and help you achieve your dreams for the future.
