5 College Student

Overall Experience: MCPHS is a fairly small yet large school (medium sized if you will) and so that creates classrooms ranging from big lecture halls to a 15 student to 1 teacher almost ratio classroom. Professors all have office hours to provide extra help and possible guidance.

Overall Experience: There are so many statistics about the number of alumni that are able to receive amazing jobs once they graduate. Some even continue their internships to become their jobs.

Health & Safety: This school has so many resources, so many rules in place, so much security. I feel very safe whenever I walk through the doors of my campus.

Campus Housing: Depending in which building/hall you stay in, it's absolutely fantastic.

5 College Student

Overall Experience: MCPHS is probably one of the best places I could have ever picked for my college years. Everyone is just so open to being helpful and it's a positive environment to be in. The teachers and staff help the students figure out what they want and how they can get it.

Health & Safety: There are multiple security guards at all areas to ensure the safety of students 24 hours a day. I always feel safe.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: The advisors were very hands on with my application and I went through several phone interviews and in-person interviews to determine if this school was a good fit for me.

3 College Junior

Campus Housing: Never participated in the housing so therefore don't really know much.

2 College Junior

Greek Life: There is no greek life at this campus. This is because it is a continuing accelerated education course.

Athletics: There are no particular athletics at this school. However, there are clubs people can join if they wish and you receive a free gym membership upon enrollment.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: School so far has been great. The teachers are always available by e-mail whenever you have an issue and they really care about the well-being of their students in/out of the classroom.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: I lived in an apartment style dorm which was nice because I had a kitchen and a bathroom.

1 College Sophomore

Athletics: There is no sports team at MCPHS. You can go to surrounding schools for some sports.

Overall Experience: I have dreamed of coming to MCPHS since I started high school. I wanted to go into dental hygiene for the longest time. And everyone who has applied for dental hygiene schools, realizes that there aren't many schools to go to in MA, for a bachelors degree. So in the end, MCPHS was really my only choice. I lived at school my first year to get a college experience and living on campus was miserable. Everyone was always stressed and I couldn't really get that 'college experience'. I knew that it was a competitive school and it was very challenging. I had many professors that just wanted to do lecture and not help individually. And I got called out many times for not knowing how to use a microscope even though I had never touched one in my entire life. I went to the school and asked for a tutor for chemistry because I was having trouble and even said I would pay for it but they insisted a student should help me for free. When I went to the session that was only an hour long, she showed up 20 minutes late, leaving me with 40 minutes to get help. And she had no idea how to do the chemistry I was showing her. So I basically wasted that hour I could have used to help myself. My chemistry professor would constantly rush us because we were always behind and take short cuts and not really teach us the right way. All of this lead up to me failing chemistry by 2 points in MCPHS terms. For the dental hygiene major you needed a C to move forward. But for pre-med and pharmacy they only needed a passing D. This blows my mind because our future doctors only need a D to move forward but a dental hygienist needs a higher grade. This school has caused nothing but stress for me and my family and a bunch of money. Because I didn't pass this class by 2 points, I am stuck re-doing my entire freshmen year and throwing away another 50k. The school only wants money.
