Off-Campus Housing: Private ownership always entices students to rent their places. College towns has become reliant on the students as a source of income.

Off-Campus Housing: I do not know many people who house-off on campus. You either live nearby and drive to school or live on campus. Arlington is an expensive area to live in. Most students are locals and live with their parents to save mooney.

Off-Campus Housing: There are a few apartment building near the school that the transportation shuttle stops at and the apartments offer student discounts.

Off-Campus Housing: There are many off campus apartments to choose from, majority of upperclassman tend to move off campus because it is cheaper.
