Student Body

3 College Sophomore

Student Body: Since there is such a large amount of international students that do not speak English fluently, there was a tendency of people to not mingle very much. People would only speak to those that spoke their language. Otherwise, everyone was really nice and helpful amongst one another.

Student Body: There is a lot of diversity among the student body, but there isn't a lot of acceptance within the community. I, for example, don't drink, but it's become so much of a social thing that people judge me for it instead of just understanding. I don't make a big deal out of it, and have no problem with other people drinking so long as they know how to handle themselves accordingly. But the judgement based on my preferences regarding drinking/partying make the general student body here seem pretty ignorant and superficial.

Student Body: The student body at Marymount gets a long well and because the classes are small and interactive it is easy to meet people and make friends.
