The education is great! I really feel like I'm learning skills that will be useful in my career. The people are very friendly and it seems like everyone really cares about my education. Living in the dorms is great because they're in the center of campus so it's easy to get to class and also meet up with friends. But with how many clubs and organizations there are to choose from, it's really easy to get involved on campus, even when you don't live in the dorms. It is a college town, so a lot of people go home on the weekends. If you like to be busy all the time this could be a problem, but it gives me time to hang with a few friends and catch up on schoolwork.

We have an incredible intramural center with all types of sports and activities. The quad is always organized, and there's always something new going on in the center. The library has been my savior! It's very equipped and its a great study place. Between the caf and Tolliver, people have every kind of meal option. Everything about Tech is so well kept and clean. There's always something going on with the Union Board or SGA - so we never get board. Housing always has fun activities for the residents. I've never seen a game more lively than a Tech football game, and our Band of Pride is phenomenal. There's many different groups or "clubs" for people - no matter what you like or believe in. It's very diverse, and I love the atmosphere!

The cafeteria only does one thing right...breakfast (omelet station, bacon, sausage, grits, waffle maker, hash browns, french toast, coffee, OJ). The sushi place is good for lunch, but the fish doesn't keep until dinner; however, the orange chicken is to die for! Burger Studio is the place to go for custom burgers at a cheap price. McAllister's is okay, but it isn't the full menu. Pasta Bene is great!
