3 College Junior

Academic Experience: I have chosen a less popular major, Architecture. If I have no plans of transferring I think the 2 yr AA degree program would be sufficient getting a job related to the field doing the less-desirable architecture-related work for someone who hasn't been to a 5 yr program at a prestigious university.

Academic Flexibility: Classes are what to be expected for people who are trying to get GE credits out of the way for as little a cost as possible. The quality of teaching is not top notch but each person is given the necessary resources for further research and study to feel more comfortable with the material of the major. Some teachers are more willing to stay and really answer questions than others though.

Career Services: Not as personable as they could or should be. My counselor seems to just go through the motions.

Overall Experience: Class style is realistic and unfiltered, I enjoy that coming from high school. Some teachers know what they are talking about but aren't that seemingly experienced and distinguished in their career themselves, for credibility. Class size for my major doesn't seem that big. As far as GEs it is frustrating when the class I needed got canceled during summer session and I wasn't notified until after I had paid my fees.

Overall Experience: It is not the most popular school but it is accredited and the school has built relationships and connections for networking with the outside world, useful if taken advantage.

Academic Experience: I start in the Fall of 2016, yet the teacher was nice enough to let me communicate via email before I committed and extended me the option to sit in on her Saturday classes.

Overall Experience: It is a community college as it's official website header reminds in fine print, yet most people assume it is just a trade school. I've chosen the not so popular major of Architecture at LATTC, because I simply want to learn the software but I don't know if going through the 2 year AA degree format will extend my time or I should transfer just doing General Ed requirements. There are not a lot of the articulation agreements for most of the CSU's I am interested in unfortunately. Hopefully this will change for others, coming into the program. This is my honest truth

Overall Experience: Too new to comment fairly.

Academic Flexibility: There are not enough online courses that would be helpful for adult learners who have other commitments such as work.

3 College Junior

Overall Experience: Had some great experience with some instructors and not so much with some.

3 College Junior

Academic Experience: My plan is to get into the lvn to rn bridge program. I am in the process of taking all the prereqs. I wish that there were more online or hybrid options.

3 College Junior

Overall Experience: One aspect that I am not happy is about is how difficult it is to reach anyone (except some professors) on the phone. Even if they give you their contact info, they never answer, and when messages are left, there never is a call back. This even extends to emails.
