4 College Freshman

Career Services: There are many benefits after graduating from this college. Main one you will not be drowning in debt. It is very possible to find a job working for the college because they hire a lot of prior students.

4 College Freshman

Overall Experience: The student careers in campus are great. I applied for a job in campus and quickly I received a job in the Security Department. They work around my schedule and make sure I get the best work experience out of it.

4 College Freshman

Academic Flexibility: There are many accommodations that can be made for those who work. They worked around my schedule very well.

Campus Resources: My favorite resource in campus is the gym. A lot of the facilities are brand new and the gym is one of them. The student center is a great place to hang out with friends and let loose but it is also great for studying and doing homework in the specified section. There are new activities for students to participate in just about every week. When you just want to relax and have some reading time our library has it all.

Tuition & Financial Aid: Due to the fact that it is a community college, rather than a university, the cost is 1/8 of what it would be at a university. The FAFSA can be very helpful at this institution to the point you may not have to pay anything out of pocket.

4 College Freshman

Student Body: The student body is very diverse. There are people from many different backgrounds. My best friend which I met at this college is actually from Iran. It's a well rounded mixture of religions, political views, ethnic backgrounds, and genders.

4 College Freshman

Overall Experience: The professors at my college are very amiable. Always willing to go out of their way to help the students better understand the material. The class sizes are fairly small, it allows for a more personal one on one with the teacher. Only down side is that there is not much variety in the courses offered.

3 College Freshman

Academic Experience: It's a small community college, they don't have the best programs for my major. It will have to do for now until I transfer to a school that does provide me with the programs I need.

4 College Freshman

Academic Experience: The academics offered at my school are pretty outstanding when they are the ones you need. The professors are really friendly and always available to assist the students during their office hours.

3 College Freshman

Overall Experience: It's easy to get credits here but you really should transfer to a 4-year college to advance your education and get a better job.

3 College Freshman

Student Body: Students are fairly varied and are usually very friendly and accepting of diversity.

3 College Freshman

Online Courses: The only online course I have taken was College Success Skills and it was mainly common sense with a few helpful ideas and ways to study or plan for the future.

3 College Freshman

Career Services: They help out with local jobs but that's about it.

4 College Freshman

Academic Flexibility: The administration helps you out quickly and classes and their professors are accommodating.

3 College Freshman

Campus Resources: The campus offers a range of resources but is limited by its small size.

3 College Freshman

Academic Experience: So far I'm doing General Studies but I would like to move into working with Computers which this college has a variety of classes for that but so far I feel that they are more basic rather then specialized or advanced.

4 College Freshman

Academic Experience: The professors are friendly and try and help you individually as best they can. Course curriculums have a fairly good variety and offer a healthy mix of available times. Registration is super easy online and in person as it uses a series of a few short, easy steps to take you through it

4 College Freshman

Tuition & Financial Aid: The college actively tries to help you in as best a way as possible and offers a fairly cheap tuition.

3 College Junior

Overall Experience: My experience has been average.I am looking forward to the excitement of a bigger school.Excitemnt is something that lacks at small schools.

4 College Junior

Online Courses: One of my first classes was online. I took the class over the summer which was nice because I didn't feel like I have the feeling of being at school. The best thing was being able to do the work when u wanted and being able to work ahead if you wanted.

3 College Junior

Student Body: I don't have a lot of time to socialize outside of class however the people in my classes are always very nice.

4 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: My schedule has always fit well with my lifestyle.I am able to go to class in the morning so I can get things done in the afternoon. The only thing that has been a problem is when a class I want to take is not being offered when I would like or when it fits best with my schedule.

3 College Junior

Campus Resources: I am starting out at a community college to raise my gpa.I think at a bigger college you get more things like a gym, sports teams, etc. That a small college does not have. I enjoy the library and like that there are private rooms you can sign out to study in. There is also a nice amount of videos to check out.I like the lab tables in the science rooms because they give everyone there own space to work in

2 College Junior

Online Courses: I have only taken one online course thus far and I did not have a very good experience. The instructor was very difficult to understand, entered and posted things wrong frequently, messed up assignments, and did a very poor job of communicating with students.

3 College Junior

Career Services: I have not hear much about post-grad services or alumni networks. Although I have never looked into it, I have seen multiple times that the school offered career counseling sessions for students to attend.
