Overall Experience: When i first walked onto LIU POST'S campus i instantly fell in love. it seems cliche but it really is true. everyone their was so nice and welcoming, i just couldn't wait to start college. LIU Post is the best campus and has been my dream school since i was 15.

Overall Experience: The overall diversity at my school is one of their biggest strength's. I've had a lot of experiences there that people who have gone to schools further away from home have not. I would like to say that I have built more of an appreciation for landscapes because of that of my school. Furthermore, the programs and activities on campus always strive for student involvement, and they do focus on trying to get everyone involved. I find these aspects to be extremely important when evaluating a school. Now, on the other hand, the negatives should too be taken into consideration. The university is not very cost friendly and does not offer much help to their students financially. With that being said, they have difficulty keeping student's, and adds stress to the student's that do happen to stay. I do not know how I've been able to do it, as I am a senior now, however, at times I do feel like I had been trapped. In my opinion, this would be one of my only issues with the school as a whole. Though this is one issue, it may hold weight over the positives,so, if I was given the chance to do things over, I would've chosen somewhere more affordable for a young adult who pays for college on her own,in other words, myself. I may not have turned out to be the same person that I am today, but I also would be a lot less worried about entering into the business would and starting a life on my own without so much debt.

Overall Experience: LIU Post is a great school to get a degree from, academically I cannot complain. The student life however is not the greatest. We have amazing sports teams and lots of Greek life, but if you are not a part of one of those organizations, then your social life on campus will not be that great.

Overall Experience: My overall experience at Long Island University - C.W. Post has been average. I transferred into the school for sophomore year and didn't get as involved in school activities as I should have. What makes the school unique is that it provides students with various majors and minors and is in a good location not too far from the city.

Overall Experience: Long Island Universirty is a very active school. They take interest into you and your dreams. Their Success Coaches are the key to success in every student that graduates from here.

Overall Experience: I recently transffered from LIU Brooklyn to LIU Post and I love this school. I have become joined two sports since I have been here and each person I have met along the way was extremely friendly and supportive. When comparing the two campuses, LIU Post was definitely more advanced and put together over all. The student life is bigger and so is the campus itself.

4 College Sophomore

Health & Safety: Safety is well at our school.

4 College Sophomore

Athletics: Athletics is great. Wish the locker rooms were bigger and the weight room.

2 College Sophomore

Greek Life: Don't really know much about it.

3 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: Not many options for off campus housing.

3 College Sophomore

Party Scene: Usually people go to the hempstead bars if the any team houses aren't having any parties.

2 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Dining: Everything is very expensive, no student discounts anywhere, and not many places near by.

3 College Sophomore

Administration: The campus strictness is fair.

2 College Sophomore

Scholarships: They loose all the paper work and claim they never got it, so you're constantly re filling out paperwork.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: The food gets repetitive and isn't the best tasting either. Some dorms are very nice and others are not well kept.

Off-Campus Housing: all the places are soo expensive

3 College Senior

Campus Food: its bad but its not good either

2 College Senior

Scholarships: the school has so much money, and if you really need it, they'll offer loans instead

Overall Experience: This school has been such a headache to deal with. If they ever stop changing requirements long enough for me to graduate I will never be returning. My classes are a joke, they are so easy and I don't feel challenged at all. Overall I'm extremely disappointed.

1 College Senior

Off-Campus Housing: Extremely expensive. Most students live at home with their parents or the very rich or those who come from very far away live on campus.

4 College Senior

Off-Campus Dining: Off campus dining is great, long island and NYC are awesome places for foodies.
