Overall, the houses and apartments around "the Haven" are not far from campus, with a majority of them being within walking distance.
There is a lot of apartment availability if one chooses to live off campus. Evergreen Commons is a suite-style apartment complex owned by the University. This complex has two- and four-bedroom suites available for students. The proximity to campus is not far at all. The campus is small to begin with, and the walk to campus is beautiful. Overall, living off campus is cheap, convenient, and there are many options from which to choose.
