The Lincoln University, the FIRST DEGREE GRANTING HBCU is more like my mom away from home rather than the word "college". When I think of the word college I think of a place where you just go to get an education and go to your dorm room and do homework. My university is so much different from the endless events, excellent organizations, and excellent tutoring services, you will never be bored at Lincoln. Always remember to stay on top of your school work though! events never go past 9pm, so if you still need that extra hour or 2 to study for an exam you have that ability without having to pull an all nighter.

LU Sports on the Rise to Greatness! Lincoln University isn't an ordinary HBCU, it's the first! Along with carrying that rewarding title, sports is another thing that LU students can brag about. We have amazing coaches, work out facilities, athletes and academic programs. Here at LU sports play a big role because anyone can play, but it has become an outlet to many students allowing them to stay focused on their studies! Here at Lincoln, there are more than 12 athletic and diverse teams which has opened many opprotunities for each Lincoln University Lion.

The campus itself isn't very big but, when you're walking, it seems like forever. The campus is very beautiful and is always clean except sometimes when we have major parties and off campus people are invited. The campus is basically in the middle of no where however, if you have a car, you should be just fine. Get used to Walmart because it's about a 10 minute drive from the campus while any other place is at least 30 minutes to an hour. There are endlessly friendly students and professors on that campus. Most students are very helpful and assist you with any problem. This college is the perfect fit for me and I'm glad that I am attending it!
