Overall Experience: While I have not personally looked into this yet, I have seen many advertisements encouraging both online and campus students to participate in a variety of opportunities that can lead to future employment.

Majors: Since I chose to double major I went through the process twice and I didn't have any trouble getting into either the business or education undergraduate programs.

Majors: Internships, like any professional training position, are a great way to begin developing your professional contacts and to learn the nuances of the trade that are not included in the classroom instruction. I am open to paid internships however, in many professions they are hard to come by. As a horseback riding instructor I apprenticed in an unpaid position throughout high school which then became a paid position after a few years of learning the wide variety of skills necessary to succeed. I feel that the skills learned during that time allowed me to become a better instructor.

Party Scene: I am not a party person. I am a Liberty University Online student who lives about an hour away in a neighboring community, but do have friends who live in the campus general area and have not heard much about parties gone bad. I do know that social events are promoted by the school and there seems to be an active social scene connected to the school.

Overall Experience: I attend an online university. I have found most of the professors to be accessible. However, some classes have been more at the mercy of their student helpers, and those classes were more difficult to get help with when issues came up.

Campus Quality: I attend an online university, however, there is access to an online library for research that is very helpful and easy to navigate.

Majors: I enjoy my field. Education is always changing and expanding so there is more to learn and explore. On the flip side, the history/theory of education is heavily favored. There needs to be more classes on current trends and research as well as classes on different disabilities.

Majors: Internships are without pay unless you are already working in a school or educational facility. Most are 10 - 25 hours and student teaching is a semester. If you live outside Virginia, you are responsible for finding and securing your internships.

Off-Campus Dining: During the one week intensive, I opted for a room with a kitchenette instead of eating out.

Athletics: I follow the sports online. Liberty does very well.

Academics: The curriculum is rich and rigorous. Sometimes the workload is overwhelming especially in the first and last weeks. However, if you communicate with your professor, things can be worked out. As an online student, I cannot speak to the facilities and/or internships etc.

Academics: Some professors are very picky making the course a chore. The courses are rigorous and one can expect to work hard, however the professors are very helpful. I never understood the online registration process but academic advising was always ready to step in and fix my application. I have successfully had academic waivers and/or class substitutions due to work experiences but for the most part, the curriculum is set.

Overall Experience: There is a wide range of professor expectations. However, with proper communication, I have only had positive experiences.

Overall Experience: For people who want a Christian oriented education, this is a great school. I have found the value of a degree from this school is outstanding. Most prospective employers respect the religious aspect as it enhances your tolerance/acceptance of diversity, compassion, ethics and morals.
