5 College Freshman

Majors: If you get into LU, you can get into the COMS/DIGI major, no special criteria for admission

5 College Freshman

Majors: Haven't had one yet but there are multiple internship fairs every semester and people in the field are always looking for LU COMS majors.

Diversity: LU is a super diverse campus, students from all 50 states, DC and 80 international countries will do that.

5 College Freshman

Majors: The COMS majors are the best, everyone is super friendly and outgoing in the those majors

5 College Freshman

Academics: There's never a dull moment in a COMS class, since most of us are training to be broadcasters were a talkative bunch

4 College Freshman

Academics: Classes are almost always really interesting

5 College Freshman

Campus Quality: Easily the most beautiful campus in the state of Virginia, and Lynchburg has probably the best sunsets I've ever seen

5 College Freshman

Guys & Girls: The girls are absolutely beautiful and none of them are even close to cocky or stuck-up about it.

Health & Safety: LUPD does a great job keeping us safe and they are a constant presence on campus.

5 College Freshman

Athletics: You can always tell when it's gameday, especially during football season, the entire campus turns red. A few of the club sports are really popular too, especially when the midnight blackout game comes around.

Local Area: Lynchburg is a great small city, some decent local places downtown and the more college focused are closer to campus, mostly on Wards Rd.

Off-Campus Dining: Most of the good places that the average college student would go to are either a short walk or very easy drive from campus.

Administration: You know what you're getting into coming Liberty but most people are used to this kind of atmosphere and it doesn't bother us.

5 College Freshman

Scholarships: The people in the financial office are great and will do what they can to help.

5 College Freshman

Campus Housing: Living on campus is great, it's easy to make friends with people on your hall and if your RA/SLC have good relationships with the RA/SLC from your brother/sister dorm it leads to a lot of fun with an even larger group.

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: The school does not help students find off campus housing to my knowledge.

3 College Freshman

Party Scene: There are very few parties, and none on campus/related to Liberty that involve alcohol

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: Lots of fast food options on Wards Road

3 College Freshman

Scholarships: They do help with financial aid but it was quite a hassle to get the information I needed

3 College Freshman

Campus Food: I wish there were more options with the meal plan

4 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: There are many options for off-campus housing. The trick is getting off campus. Most of the places are convenient.

4 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: I enjoy going off campus to get food! I like the local places around school!

2 College Freshman

Administration: There are many rules and regulations to live by. Most of them are for the good of the students however some are unnecessary. At that age students need to be making their own decisions.

2 College Freshman

Scholarships: There are limited options/ Unfortunately with it being a private school there aren't many loans.

Campus Food: It's obviously not home however they do have many options.
