4 College Sophomore

Academics: All of the professors are great and really care about the students as individuals.

4 College Sophomore

Local Area: Its a great town to live in. There are a lot of other schools nearby and a nice downtown area.

4 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: Very easy to find an apartment and very nice apartments as well.

2 College Sophomore

Party Scene: There's not much to do at night.

4 College Sophomore

Athletics: The varsity sporting events are a lot of fun to go to.

3 College Junior

Weather: Everything on campus is in 1 of 2 buildings and the buildings are close together so there wasn't much walking in bad weather

3 College Junior

Majors: I liked my classes but I didn't really get into my major classes while I was there. I mainly had bible classes to complete

3 College Junior

Diversity: Its a conservative christian university. The normal person there is baptist and republican

4 College Junior

Scholarships: I had a scholarship that covered one full semester but the remaining semester that I had to pay was ridiculously expensive

4 College Junior

Guys & Girls: The dorms are gender specific but there is plenty of time and places to meet the opposite gender

4 College Junior

Transportation: The bus system is great! but if you want to drive your car onto campus, parking is at a minimum

4 College Junior

Health & Safety: There is always a cop nearby if needed but the need for them is not great

3 College Junior

Athletics: Our football team is great! We are D1 and have many people attend games

4 College Junior

Academics: Liberty is a great school and I definitely get a unique perspective being a medical degree at a christian university

3 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: The off campus is seriously only a short walk away from campus but it is not very safe. There have been a lot of robberies

3 College Junior

Local Area: It's Dayton... Dayton is fun if you are into clubbing or music theaters but beyond that there is not so much to do

3 College Freshman

Administration: The administration is quite strict when it comes to student academic and social policies, but it isn't unbearable to follow said policies.

4 College Freshman

Health & Safety: There are only a few instances where the safety of students is challenged, but the campus police do a fantastic job of defusing and handling those situations.

2 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: There aren't many healthy or vegetarian options.

3 College Freshman

Scholarships: They could have more to offer.

3 College Freshman

Diversity: Most of the students here are white, but there is a good amount of other ethnicities here.

4 College Freshman

Academics: Academics here at Liberty are great! Albeit, the class work can be hard at times, it is still doable and challenging. The professors are welcoming and willing to help their students in any way that they can.

3 College Freshman

Weather: The weather is quite bipolar here in Lynchburg, but I don't mind it much. Here you are liable to experience all four seasons the span of a few days. Also, there are many rainy days. Spring, Summer, Fall, or Winter, expect some rain here and there in each one.

3 College Freshman

Parking: The fine for when you are illegally parked is not worth finding a spot closest to your next class. As a college student with not that much money, it is more inconvenient to pay the fine and get your car back from being towed than to walk a couple of blocks to any of the academic buildings.
