Campus Food: This past year Liberty implemented a new dining plan which included unlimited swipes at the Rot and 10 meal swipes per week at other on-campus dining location. The Rot has greatly expanded its variety over the past few years to include more variety, including more food for those with certain food allergies. One of the best dining options is having Chick-fil-a on campus!

Scholarships: The financial aid process was difficult the first time around. It took a long time to get all of my financial aid straightened out with the school. I would give the advice for people to not wait until the last minute to try to figure out the logistics of their financial aid because it takes time.

Campus Housing: I absolutely love living on campus. One unique characteristic of Liberty University's housing is the fact that there is not designated freshman/sophomore/junior/senior housing. This creates the amazing opportunity for seniors and freshmen to live on the same hall and to build relationships with people of all ages. This is one of my favorite things about Liberty's housing. The social atmosphere in the dorms is extremely uplifting and encouraging.

Scholarships: The education that I am getting is fantastic, but they definitely push religious education in every class. I expected it to be in the Bible classes that they require you to take, but I didn't expect to be quoting Bible verses in my science courses. It is definitely an adjustment from going to a public to private religious school.

Campus Food: Basic college food but it could use more healthy and tasteful options.

Party Scene: We have a great time without the pressure of drinking and consequences.

Administration: Very set rules. Some I appreciate but others could be lifted for students that are considered adults.

Scholarships: I got a fairamount of aid but the overall rate is still expensive.

Campus Housing: Overall the housing is great for a college campus. It tends to be a little expensive.

2 College Sophomore

Party Scene: Parties are not at my school unless they are off campus.

Off-Campus Dining: It is amazing wish they took meal swipes at times.

3 College Sophomore

Administration: I think the administration should aloud Greek affiliation on campus. Te curfew should be moves to 12:00 or 12:30 on the school days and 1:30 or 2:00 on the weekends. I understand it is a Christian school but some of our rules can be looked over and revised. Convo is mandatory three times a week and the dress code like no shorts to be worn in class. The attendance policy can kept the same.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Food: The Rot food makes me sick whenever I eat there. I have an unlimited meal swipes but I can't eat at the rot because the food isn't the best. Subco is fine just wish the meats where better quality and the drinks weren't so water down. I'm hoping one day Chick Fil A will aloud us to use meal swipes there.

4 College Sophomore

Scholarships: My school can do better by showing students how to go about writing sponsor letters and helping students find scholarships.

5 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: I love it because everything is in walking distance. The students get into games for free. There is never a boring day on my campus. The professors are very helpful when it comes to helping students understanding better.

Athletics: The athletics at Liberty are interesting to watch. The campus comes to life for football games and it is a fun experience. Sports are huge at Liberty university and they strive for excellence with the help of Jesus Christ.

Off-Campus Housing: I do not live off-campus but I have friends who do and Liberty is always more than happy to help students find places to stay. They are willing to work with them to see what is best for and them. Liberty also owns some of the apartments so it is very convenient.

3 College Freshman

Party Scene: There are no secular parties on campus. The parties on campus are mainly movie nights or block parties which are fun as well. So parties are awkward because no one likes to attend the ones on campus. I cannot compare because I have not been to a secular party.

5 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: Off-campus dining is great when you have the money for it. There are places with more expense and place with little expense. There are just enough places for people to have a variety of options

3 College Freshman

Administration: Liberty University's strictness is quite too much. girls and guys are not allowed in the same dorm except for once a semester. This rule is slightly irritating because it makes the male and female population behave abnormally around each other when there's couples hugging or holding hands. The attendance is quite too much as well especially for convocation , but they care for your safety which is understandable.

5 College Freshman

Scholarships: The financial aid process at liberty went well for me. the financial aid office automatically put my information and for the scholarships that I qualified for. They also did that for grants that I qualifed for as well. The financial aid office is off so willing to set up a plan so that you can pay monthly when needed and they also enable you to make the amount as small as possible.

3 College Freshman

Campus Food: Liberty has many food options for those who have money to spend. For the ones who do not, the choices are slim to none. On occasion the dinning hall has very delightful food and on others not so much. Most people will go to Subconnection because there is nothing else better to eat. But over all food is provided and the students are taken care of.

3 College Freshman

Campus Housing: To live on campus is an excellent experience. The downfall I have is that the building is not the best, but it is affordable and it is also a living quarter for the time being. The community inside the dorm is amazing. There are nothing but girls who are polite and friendly and know how to have fun but be studious at the same time.

3 College Freshman

Campus Food: The Rot is very hit or miss. When it is good, it pretty good. When it's bad, it's really bad.

5 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: On campus living is the way to go at Liberty University. Being that the school represents all 50 states and more than 70 countries, you are able to meet so many people from all different backgrounds. Living on a hall is an excellent way to meet people and possible life long friendships to be built. Housing costs are a little steep, but are so are every other university's pricing.
