Drug Safety: Crack Is Whack – The drug scene at Liberty is not really big, although it depends on who you hang out with. If people are doing drugs, they're usually just smoking. Drinking is a much more popular activity.

Academics: Finance and Healthcare Management – I am taking a dual cognate of Finance and Healthcare Management. The courses that everyone else deemed difficult have been the easiest most educating classes that are offered. In any field that I desire to enter I can utilize personal and/or corporate finance. Mathematics though taught online gives one the ability to insure that all information is understood if there were any questions a response was usually given to me within two hours of asking for help. We also use which is free to the students. So I love what I have so far. Jobs and internships are offered through the career program mostly through the Alumni of the school.

Academics: Liberty is Christian based and the academics have to be given greater thought than a regular school. But when there is doubt there is always someone to pick you up. There is always one or two people that will give you dissatisfaction as any other environment but for the most part they are great faculty and staff.

Local Area: Local Attitude Toward Students – During my time as a resident student I always found the locals to be very friendly and welcoming. Some of the restaurants also give discounts for being a college student.

Local Area: It is no secret on campus, that all residential students are closely monitored by locals, looking for them to slip up. At times it can seem convient to keep university connections to one's self. However, until you move off campus or excessively hang out with off-campus students, you'll never find the numerous lovely local shops and restaurants. Unless surrounding the immediate campus vicinity, locals do not attempt to advertise or charter to liberty students.

Scholarships: Relatively No Problems – Though many other peers noted having issues with financial aid. I did not experience similar situations; possibly because all of my scholarship were through military aid. I did not receive any scholarship money from Liberty because of this. However, the process for financial check-in, despite recent modifications, is no cake walk especially if one needs to make changes or information was processed incorrectly.

Guys & Girls: Most of the girls that are in liberty are beautiful! Walk down the campus and everywhere you look you see a pretty face

Local Area: Great Place to Learn – In a christian atmosphere, all the professors are awesome (the ones I have had)

Overall Experience: Liberty sets high standards on education. Their professors are very intellegent and more than capable in their disciplines.

Party Scene: No Bars...But We Have Concerts and Other Events! the school keeps many events on campus, so there is always something to do! I love it!

Majors: LEO Experience – Working with DOJ this summer was awesome! I was able to learn so much! It was unpaid, but most government interns are unpaid. It will lead to a job after graduation. I feel being at Liberty was a huge part to my acceptance in the internship!

Diversity: Great School – Very diverse...many religions as well as many ethnic groups!

Academics: Tough but With Help – Liberty's academics are tough but the instructors and professors stand right beside you. Plus you have an unlimited access to discussion and assistance from your fellow students.

Athletics: Just Went Big Time – Liberty has a robust Athletics Program and they have just entered the major sports category for college football.

Scholarships: Call Them - They Will Help – For financial aid at Liberty; just initiate the first contact and the financial aid office will walk you through the entire process and let you know if you have missed any step and help you correct it.

Academics: Good Learning Experience – The business major is popular, but as the courses get tougher the classes become less populated as the students drop out which is nice, and the courses are intriguing.

Academics: The professors at Liberty are interested in the subjects they teach. They have good lectures to offer while backing the information up with plenty of experience. They give a good work load and you know what to expect because they all give a syllabus on what the course load will include.

Campus Housing: The housing at LU is expensive, and it will cost about an extra $2000 per year to live on campus then off, but the convenience is invaluable and on campus life gives access to countless activities the University offers.

Drug Safety: I only know what I was told because I attend the online college.

Transportation: I don't know how they are, but a college I have attended on the west coast was crowded and the parking situation was difficult.

Academics: Just Beginning – My program is done primarily online. Admissions representatives were able to suggest which classes to take, and also helped me determine a workload that will work best for me. 4 weeks of my program will require being on campus, so this program is the best option for me since I work full-time.

Diversity: Liberty's campus is full of diverse students. There are so many international students as well as students from all over the country. The religious affiliation is mostly Baptist, but it's a Christian school, so that's to be expected. Liberty is the largest Christian school in the nation.

Weather: Rains Quite a Bit – Liberty students often joked that we lived in "Drenchburg" instead of Lynchburg. It would rain at least twice a week if not more. Sunny days were absolutely gorgeous, however, and even on the rainy days everyone still played on the fields outside or enjoyed themselves by engaging in other activities.

Administration: Rules Are Strict, but It's a Fantastic School – We do have curfew; midnight on weekdays, and 12:30 on weekends. This curfew is to ensure our safety. We are allowed 3 skips for each class, but after the third skip, points get taken away from our final grade. We're paying a lot of money to get such an incredible education, so it's really the least we can to do to show up to class. Dress code is often enforced. Ladies must be aware of the length of their dresses, shorts, and skirts as well as the length of the straps on their tank tops. Men must wear collared shirts, or hoodies, and long pants. The dress code is enforced to represent our beliefs. Liberty University is a wonderful school, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Parking: The parking situation is not too bad. It is hard to find a space sometimes, but the parking spaces are not too far away.
