Health & Safety: There is a campus police department, LUPD, and I feel safe and secure when I am on campus late at night.

Parking: It is sarn expensive to park on campus. It is $400 a year for zone one $200 a year for zone two and then $30 a year for zone three that is SUPER far away from campus!

2 College Senior

Transportation: Lu could use more parking that is not a mile away from campus in the zone three parking. It in inconvenient to have to park, wait for the bus, then walk through the tunnel to get to my classes.

Campus Food: I have never ate on campus but here the dinning hall is terrible.

Party Scene: Liberty does not offer parties or a bar scene so the nightlife is very different compared to most universities. However, LU has done a great job of creating FUN activities for students that are clean and wholesome.

Majors: I am extremely happy with my program because I transferred to Liberty for this. It is everything I needed and more. I desire to own a fashion boutique or become a fashion stylist. I am not concerned about finding a job because I believe I will actually create my dream job.

Majors: I greatly enjoy my program at Liberty University because attending a Christian university gives a different take on fashion and the industry. Attending a top previous university for fashion merchandising taught me to claw my way to the top to succeed and make sure I get myself where I need to be in life. Liberty teaches that having the right skills and dedication, God can open any door to have a dream job in fashion that doesn't require unethical behavior.

Local Area: There is a local mall and other restaurants such as Cracker barrel and Red Lobster. There is a walmart that can be reached through a tunnel that is built for liberty students to walk through.

Guys & Girls: There are a lot of couples on campus. Students dress like everyone else would at other universities and most keep with the trends, except we have a dress code where we can't wear sweats to class but can wear any other type of pants. If skirts/dresses are worn, they have to be right above the knee and guys have to wear a collared shirt. After 4, you can dress down in sweats as long as it's modest and in dress code!

Campus Housing: It's very close to my classes. I live on the hill and it only takes me 5 minutes tops to get to my class..so beats driving because traffic on campus is horrible since we are the Largest Christian Univeristy in the World!

Weather: It rains a lot, so bring a rain jacket!! Also the weather can be bipolar..it changes all the time so bring warm and cold clothes in each season! But I love Liberty so it doesn't make me change my opinion of the school!

Health & Safety: The most notable thing that campus lacks is the emergency call boxes. Liberty could benefit greatly from those call boxes, especially in the bottom of the parking lots. Other than that, campus feels very safe. LUPD are very responsive if you ask them to come out and check on something.

Campus Quality: Campus life is pretty great! We have great athletic facilities and great learning facilities. The thing that Liberty could benefit from most would be if there were more coed hangout places on campus. Like perhaps a common area at the bottom of each dorm. Other than that, Liberty's facilities are top notch and only getting better!

3 College Junior

Scholarships: I am very satisfied with the financial assistance I receive here. You can always meet with a financial aid representative if you have questions or a special need.

4 College Junior

Weather: Still warm here and it's November! From what I hear, winter is usually mild, with occasional snow.

Campus Food: So many dining choices throughout the campus that you can utilize your meal points for besides the dining hall which in itself has lots of varieties of food.

Campus Quality: All of my friends that have gone to Liberty have loved being involved on campus. They have nothing but good things to say.

Campus Quality: As of yet I have not started classes but applying to Liberty University has been very easy. Whenever I had any questions about what I needed to do next the admissions office has been very helpful.

Majors: My desired program is unique because I was looking for an online Psychology program at an accredited institution that also had Religious and Biblical Studies. Liberty University met those needs so then the work became acceptance into the program. I found the process very easy and all of the Liberty staff, from Financial Aid, to Administration, etc. very helpful. They returned phone calls and emails and answered all of my questions; of which there were many. All of my needs have been met and now I can proudly say I'm a Liberty Flame!

Academics: As an online student I create my own study atmosphere, but I see on Liberty's website that study facilities are sufficient and adequate for resident students.

Campus Quality: A very unique quality of Liberty University is it offers online education so it can reach students all around the world.

5 College Junior

Academics: I think it's great that Liberty University has a wide selection of academic programs

Administration: Liberty University is founded on Christian and moral values so things that would normally happen at secular schools will not be tolerated at this school. "The Liberty Way" addresses the school's belief from dress code to honor code. Although there are rules in place at the school everyone should govern themselves accordingly based on their Christian beliefs. I believe that this school is defeinitely separating itself from the norm of secular schools. I can sum up "The Liberty Way" in one phrase and that is "to be professional at all times."

Transportation: Liberty University provides on campus transportation that is also available late at night. They are always on time, friendly, and courteous. They also provide shuttle services for those students who are attending the university online but visit the campus for intensives. They pick up at all of the hotels near the campus. All shuttle and bus services are free. For those who can afford to fly on a chartered flight, Liberty University has it own airport for private jets.

Off-Campus Dining: All of the dining facilities that are off campus offer great discounts for Liberty University students. Even if do not have any money on hand to spend there are many restaurants that accept the Liberty Flames passes which charges your student account for the purchase. There are a variety of places like ColdStone, Domino's, Sheetz, Sundae Grill, Honeybaked Ham, Shangai Express, Texas Roadhouse, Wendy's, Little Caesar's, Buffalo Wild Wings, Smoothie King, etc.
