Party Scene: There are no parties on campus. There may be some around town, but none on campus.

Scholarships: They barely offer any scholarships or aid to students. Many students are stuck paying out of pocket or with loans.

Off-Campus Dining: There's lots of good choices, but nothing completely out of the usual. There's good restaurants, and Cookout is the place to be.

Administration: Not really sure why people complain about our school's policies. It IS a Christian school, and all the rules are completely reasonable. I honestly would hate to be at a school where everyone is drinking and smoking all the time.

Party Scene: We don't have parties that are typical to college, but that does not mean this campus is boring! Quite frankly, my peers and I typically are not the kind of people who want to be drinking and partying.....it IS a Christian school, duh.... But coffeehouse and some of the activities that go down on this campus make the lack of parties seem like no big deal at all.

Scholarships: I wish I could have more financial aid, but it's not too difficult to receive. They gave me scholarships that I didn't think I fit the requirement for, so that was nice.

Campus Food: There's a lot of options. We have three campus starbucks locations. Reber Thomas is not the worst because they have a ton of options, so you're bound to find something you like. Subco is great. Docs gives you a lot of food. The Bistro is bae. And jamba is heavenly. I never have a problem with running out of swipes, and the Rot is unlimited swipes.

Campus Housing: I love living on campus. The social environment is great. Even though there isn't much to do around Lynchburg, the school offers a lot of activities and everyone likes to get involved. Our halls are usually really active with each other and people like to plan large group outings frequently. With all the construction happening, it can be a little unappealing visually, but in a couple years this campus is gonna be so great (I hear a bowling alley is coming). This school is a little costly compared to what a state school might be, but I feel the Christian education is indispensable.

Off-Campus Dining: We have a strip of all restaurants and stores just under the bridge from our campus so its super convenient to go and get some good food which we are able to use Flames Cash for.

Administration: We have many rules at Liberty which in a way hurt the college experience because we don't get to make many choices for ourselves. Although the rules are of course there for a reason and to keep us safe its hard to learn to make your own decisions when you don't have much room to decide.

3 College Sophomore

Scholarships: I was given several scholarships from the school but it's still a lot of money to attend a great school. But since my family is in the middle class we were not giving much financial aid even though we still very much need it.

3 College Sophomore

Party Scene: Since its a Christian college there are not too many parties happening around Liberty, but the students who live in apartments off campus give several. I think it gives it a positive impact on the student experience because you get to meet a lot of people there, as long as you don't go overboard!

4 College Sophomore

Campus Food: The food at Liberty is pretty good for college campus food. We have many choices to choose from that we don't have to pay any extra for which is great for a college student. And the flames cash that we get and are able to use around the town at different restaurants is so nice!

Campus Housing: I think in the East Campus buildings which are apartment style and they are great to be able to have a kitchen, living room, and laundry all in one building and you also get the privacy of your rooms as well.

5 College Junior

Majors: The program I attended is called Willmington School of the Bible, and it is a certificate program. The school has a separate application than the general LU application. As the program is online and a certificate program, I believe that every person applying for it would be accepted.

4 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: Great apartments for off campus housing.
