When I was in high school there were a bunch of college recruiters that came every week to our CCC building at Waianae High School. When I went to the campus, there weren't very many employers recruiting for jobs, or any career centers at the pearl city campus. At the waianae campus there were recruiters everywhere! A lot of my friends are actually currently working at a job through the college.

So far, I have enjoyed my online classes. They are very straight to the point and cover all the concepts that the teacher talked about in the beginning. The difference between an online class and a traditional classroom experience is that for online classes, your teacher is not there teaching you the material, you have to read it on your own and on your own time while in a traditional classroom, the teacher would go over the material with you on that day. Laulima is an easy system to use for online classes. Also, if teachers have created their own website material, they will attach it to a file somewhere on laulima which is really helpful and convenient.

I am a Freshman and for the first day I was kind of nervous because I didn't know where my classes are and I didn't want to be late for the first day of college. My first day was tiring and I was still confused because that day, they dropped all my classes so I had to re-apply to the classes i needed but unfortunatley i couldn't back my math class so i decided to take 'olelo Hawai'i. I'm almost done with my first semester at the school and it has been a stressful time but i was also so glad that i met my friends i have in the school because with out them i would still be stressing out with classes.
