Overall Experience at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts - Atlanta:
I love my school because it open your eyes to the culinary industry and give you more knowledge on food itself. It allows you to be creative when it comes to preparing a dish. I have never experienced fabricating a lamb or eating a rabbit or making a lot of food items from scratch. My school has so much to offer such as extra training, volunteer work, contests, clubs, and job opportunity. Wearing that uniform with Le' Cordon Bleu logo will attract a lot of employers. Once a student you are apart of the family and the staff and the chefs make it their best to show that you are family. I would suggest this culinary school to anybody.
Overall Experience at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts - Scottsdale:
I have yet to start my school year at Le Cordon Bleu, but when I went to the school campus for my tour and enrollment, the experience was great. I had my husband and son with me as well and still felt very welcomed. My tourist answered all my questions and was very informational. I can't wait to start my school year!
Overall Experience at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts - Minneapolis:
The school is great, the Chef Instructors are real chefs hired from the industry because of their skills in the culinary and baking trades.
They each have the drive to do what it takes to make each student achieve the skill they need to be successful as a culinary or baking professional.
The admissions reps were awesome in making sure all the paperwork was covered to make enrollment as painless as possible.
The only thing I would have liked to see represented better was the financial aid was misleading. I was assured all of my aid was arraigned and in order but about 1 month into my first term I was told my aid didn't cover all my fees and I was required to sign a payment agreement to pay a monthly payment to the school that has to be paid in full before graduation. Had I known this before I was invested I would not have been able to start classes because this is money I really do t have available so now my family and my house payment is suffering because of something that should have been brought up before anything got started.
Overall I am convinced that the education at Le Cordon Bleu is worth the cost and the Instructors will use their networking to get you out into the good kitchens with the top chefs in the area.
Their commitment to their students is the best I have seen in any industry.
