Online Courses: My experience with online courses was a lot of work that has paid off with my hands on experience in the classroom. many of the same aspects are used which is also nice because I have already used the same programs.

Career Services: Post grad services are exceptionally well and offer all students many venues into the workforce.

Overall Experience: All the chefs are very skilled and knowledgeable about all topics. The class sizes and styles are perfect considering that everyone knows everyone's names and we all get along very well.

Overall Experience: The career center is amazing and offers updates on a regular basis. The alumni as well as the chefs are always there to offer advice and help all the students.

Academic Experience: The program is full of exciting and new ideas based on old traditions. The workload is reasonable, but there is a lot learned from hands on experience. The kitchen has all the tools we need and I am very satisfied on all accounts.

Overall Experience: Teachers and peers are friendly. The learning experience and hands on teaching is the best part of school and I have learned quite a bit in a short time frame. I would do it all over if I could, especially since the chefs offer so much advice and education in the kitchen.

Academic Flexibility: The school works with you. You attend class 5 days a week at any time from 6am to 10pm which is broken down into 4 hour blocks.

Overall Experience: I'm learning lots and not just how to cook food but also how to run my own business

Overall Experience: class sizes are smaller so everything is very one on one which is great plus you have many options on when you can attend class.

Overall Experience: It can be a little confusing at first but you can call or go into the school at any time to get help with finical aid, career services, etc.

Student Body: Everyone is here for a common goal and that is to cook great food and make money preparing that food.

Tuition & Financial Aid: The tutition is a little on the high side but everything you get out of it is worth it. Brand new uniforms, books, knife sets, equipment such as ovens , stand mixtures, computers, etc.

Career Services: They help you while you are in school and years down the road no matter where you are in the country.

Campus Resources: Le cordon Bleu of las vegas is great because the staff is here to help you. There is acouple clubs you can get into and the school is more than willing to help you find a job anywhere in the US

Academic Experience: Even though Im just a pastry student, I do get mixed in with the culinary students. The only time we are separated is in just baking classes
